Needed help desperately as we had been let down by another plumber's merchant locally, and went to see if PSP could help. Right from the off the staff were helpful, making calls to source the product needed quickly and they didn't disappoint! Managed to get the product required for the next working day and the item was delivered for free too. Overall fantastic service from this local team. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as they are so friendly and very helpful. Thanks

I called in to browse products, but showroom was closed due to lockdown, so i took away some brochures. I was able to find what I wanted - vanity unit, basin, tap and wall hung unit from these brochures, and was dealt with in a friendly, helpful and professional manner when i ordered and paid over the phone from home. The items were held for me in store until my delivery date, where I was called by Emily, and checked I was ok for delivery, and then i was able to take delivery as planned on my specified date. Fab quality furniture, better than brochure prices, and free delivery was all excellent. I'm very happy with my purchases and the customer service/experience - a great shop!

By far the best place for all things plumbing etc. Went today with a sink pipe leak problem that I was having problems with. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Gave great advice and didn’t try to sell me anything that I didn’t need. Followed their advice and did the repair successfully. Prices are very good and the advice is included.

I had trouble finding the correct sized towel rail valve on the internet etc, but 2 mins chatting to Paul at PSP, I managed to get the right part and it was successfully fitted later that day, a big thanks and great service!
