Best plumbing merchant in the South england. Will get practicaly everything you need for all plumbing work. You also will get best advice from guys too. Friendly team, competitive prices. Also opening times suits anyone.

Phil & Ali are the best! Got to be the best plumbing store I have discovered period. The opening hours are convenient. Available 7 days a week. They always have the parts that I need. I remember Phil advising me on how to remove the heating element off a immersion tank. He said "you need to give the big spanner a quick and hard hit with a hammer, you need to shock it off". That was priceless information and 20 years on I still remember that advice. Thank you so, so much & see you soon.

Best place around for all plumbing and drainage parts, really helpful owner and open nearly all hours. Really helped us out during first lockdown when everything was closed, essential boiler parts! I went in needing help as I was not able to find the part I needed. I had been to 4 other places. No one could help. I was served by a young man who couldn't help, asked me to wait a moment to get assistance. So he called on a colleague to help. I was amazed that he went out of his way to help me. He called manufacturers of system to get help identifying the part. Did this and then got me the part for the same day. Very happy family now as we have a flush system that works. Highly recommended company, staff willing to help 👍

I bought a dishwasher that wouldn’t fit the existing pipe and didn’t have a clue how to solve it. Went to Selco and they didn’t know but said to try Abtap so I stopped by. I’ve never had better service in a shop in my life. Phil was brilliant, he said to go home and grab the bit I was trying to connect he then found me all the bits I needed. He wanted to make double sure it would be a perfect fit so he demonstrated how to fit it when I got home making sure I was 100% sure on how to fit the bit, he then filed it down around make sure it was an absolute perfect fit. The final bill was £10 but I don’t think I could have got better service anywhere else if I’d been spending £10k. He really went out his way to help me, didn’t rush me and took the time to show me exactly how to do the job. Impressed is an understatement. The shop is packed with anything you could think of for a plumbing project and all the staff were really friendly. This will be the only place I go to in the future. Would and have recommend to everyone.

Fantastic company for plumbing and heating engineers, got caught out today on a flue run and needed extra fittings to get the boiler up and running for the tenants to have heating and hot water, after ringing around a few plumbers I know pleading for the parts one recommended this company, one phone call later I was assured the parts were available and they were open until 8PM! TODAY ON A SATURDAY! When most of the bigger merchants close at 12pm they were still open and told me that they open on a Sunday too! Will definitely be using this company again

Abtab never fails. Whenever i needed anything in gas parts, boiler parts, plumbing, pipework or advise, Abtap had it. The guys over the counter are probably the best in customer service skills. Phil keep everything working smooth and i was never queuing there more than 2-3 minutes. On the busiest times are 6 or 7 guys over the counter treating the customers as best as they can. Prices are good and comparable with most online shops but themost convenient thing is Abtab is a one stop shop. You can find everything you need for the job there and if is not on the shelf now, they will have it in 2-3hours when they call you and let you know. Once you start using them, Abtap will be part of your business. Thank you guys, you really deserve appreciation.
