E. J.I can’t recommend Chris and James enough. I spoke to James around 8am after finding them through a community recommendation on Facebook. By 9am Chris had done his initial inspection, by 10am the parts had been ordered and by 10.30 Chris was back on site fitting them. Chris fixed some work that was done by another plumber that was just not up to scratch and had left us with a bad leak. He talked me through the problem and explained that the best option was a new hot water cylinder. Chris was so professional, friendly and filled me with confidence. He was a god send after such a bad experience! The work was done within two hours and I couldn’t be happier. I will be recommending James and Chris to all my friends. Honestly the best!
