S. L.I found SN Plumbing simply by doing a Google search to find a local supplier to replace an old radiator. SN Plumbing already had good reviews; Simon replied to my initial enquiry, did a site visit and provided a transparent quote really quickly. I only had to pay up front for the materials required, the work was completed quickly, professionally and tidily and then I just paid the balance of the quote. Simon is really knowledgeable and friendly and I had an uncomplicated and pleasant experience. I would highly recommend SN Plumbing.

A.To be honest I'm not one for leaving reviews unless the service is either very very good or very very bad but I have to say this company, Simon in particular was not only an excellent example of what tradesmen should be but an wonderful human being. I had my boiler serviced and not only was he reasonably priced but he carried out the work and talked me threw it step by step. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Can't rate highly enough. Definitely going to be my go to gas safe engineer in the future. 5 stars...
l. A.Simon did a great job repairing my dads boiler after previously installing a toilet for him. He gave my parents a comparison of costs of repairing versus replacing the boiler ( it is now 15 years old). He gave them great advise with the pro's and cons but never made them feel pressured. My dad suffers from depression and he made him feel calm and confident in his choice. He completed the work quickly and cleaned up after himself.

Luckily Simon made the whole process smooth and did an excellent job, while also charging us a reasonable price. The boiler is top notch and working brilliantly thanks to him! All in all we were very impressed with his knowledge in the field and later got him in to install new radiators.

He was very professional and polite to work with and came across as trustworthy to work with. We required some extra parts so he enquired for us and picked them up to complete the job. 10/10 service definitely recommend.
G. A.Simon, the owner, did a brilliant job of repairing one overflowing gutter under our conservatory roof and a down pipe from the main roof that overflowed in heavy rain. With the overflowing gutter we were prepared to have it replaced. He insisted that he could repair it instead and save us money. He spent time repeatedly checking it with buckets of water and making minor adjustments until he was satisfied. This was two years ago and the repaired gutter is doing its job. Undercharged in my view.
With the down pipe we had 2 other local plumbers to give us a quote. They gave rather high quotes for replacing the down pipe and that was that. Take it or leave it.
In contrast Simon gave us several options, drawing diagrams to explain each one. All were far cheaper than others we had so far and none requiring a complete replacement. We chose one and he carried out the work after ordering parts he needed and showing us all the bills. Lot of torrential rain since and no leaks .
Since than we have asked Simon to do other jobs. Will report on that another time. Suffice it to say that so satisfied are we that we recommended him on our neighbourhood WhatApp group.
Once we have our second jab we shall have him take over our boiler maintenance and cancel the very expensive Gas Board contract for the same. For now we are shielding (my wife and I are both 76 and in the vulnerable category.)
