Fantastic service & at a reasonable price. Called on Easter Monday, for an emergency leak, arrived promptly & had it all fixed in no time although this could have been a tricky repair. Polite, clean, efficient. Highly recommended & will definitely use again. Thank you for a great service!

Great service from Happy Taps - after several firms kept me waiting hours for an emergency plumber they had a local guy out within 15 minutes. Engineer was professional, polite and very tidy - had the problem fixed within half an hour and the price was competitive, especially for an out of hours callout.

The guy who came was lovely and fixed my rather complicated tap. Great customer service. He did have to get some attachments which seemed rather expensive and as the company have an account at the merchants he couldn't produce a receipt for it. He did all the work within an hour. I would use again!

I have used Happy Taps twice and on both occasions received very prompt and reliable service at a good price. The service is refreshingly easy to use given how hard it is to find reliable plumbers, who show up on time, and have predictable costs. I had to have an acctuator valve replaced and then a thermocouple in the boiler. The work in both cases was completed within an hour, and on the second job although a universal part was used to get the heating back on quickly for me the plumber went out of his way to check with the boiler supplier and then went out to buy a specific part to make sure the fix would be absolutely right. Will use again anytime we need plumbing work done.

I dont normally write reviews but we were very happy with Happy taps. we had problems with our radiators being cold since december. Very happy with your service. You sent a great plumber to me called Kevin. I had called 3 plumbers no luck all too busy. Kevin realised were the leak was coming from. We found out how to turn the mains water off to my apartment. He also spoke to our management company and alerted them to the urgency. We had no luck up till then. They sent someone out and he fixed the pipe.
