Adrian was brilliant. Solved my problem quickly. He was prompt came out the same day I spoke to him even though it was early evening. He explained everything clearly and precisely. He was thorough and checked everything was as it should be before he left. Very impressed with his work and would definately use him again without hesitation. I trusted him completely and wasn't disappointed. A thoroughly nice guy. Anyone thinking of hiring Adrian will get good service at a reasonable price. Thank you Adrian. Very much appreciated.

Aiden was luckily able to come almost at once to install 2 sets of basin taps, and a monobloc mixer tap in my sink. He was on time, made an accurate and reasonable quote for his time, and did a sterling job. Top notch, would definitely use him again. 5 stars!

Moved into a new house recently which had a whole host of issues with leaking plumbing under the sink and shower problems. Called Adrian and he well exceeded expectations turning up the next day and fixing all the issues on the spot, when I would have expected most other plumbers to have only quoted for the work by that point in time. The work done was excellent and was at a reasonable price. Would fully recommend.

Really bad leaking (ancient+decrepit) shower with water everywhere - called thinking he would be hours at best, and even then could only maybe sort it. Was here within 10 minutes, stopped the leak, so helpful, informative, cheerful, and put our minds at rest. A total star - thank you Adrian!!!!!!

I contacted Adrian after having my time wasted by numerous so called reputable plumbers. Adrian was able to come to my house on the same day as he was just down the road. explained what I was after and received a quote there and then which was acceptable. I was booked in for about 4 weeks later as 3 days were required to complete the work. Adrian messaged me a couple of days before starting just to reconfirm date and 9am start time. He arrived punctually and started work immediately continuing with a good work rate throughout the day, finishing at 5pm. Adrian's work ethic meant that the job was complete in 2 days instead of 3, saving me a days labour charge. 8 new radiators fitted with 4 being moved slightly due to me wanting smaller sizes. All in all, a great job from a friendly and professional plumber. Thanks Adi

Most recently they helped me out with a complicated and awkward job on a mains water valve and kitchen sink that meant a friend could return to his home from hospital. My mother in law had tried numerous plumbers, several didn't return her calls, others didn't arrive!! After several frustrating weeks she asked if I knew of anyone. I googled Worcester plumber, AJH was listed as the 3rd. I would place him as the first. He answered the phone on a Saturday afternoon and explained that whilst fully booked for work, he could call in and give a quote this afternoon. He arrived within 15minutes of my call and stayed to complete the work. I would recommend this plumber for his work ethic alone, however his work is also superb. Thank you for your time on a Saturday.

We can thoroughly recommend Adrian's plumbing service. He recently fitted a shower for us, the original having failed when we moved in at Xmas and repair was beyond my partner. We arranged for plumber to come and review and he advised we needed a new one. He arranged three appointments to fit and never turned up or contacted us, we had to chase him! Ureka!!! Adrian put his leaflet through our door - we rang him and he came to view very quickly and he came to fit a couple of days later. He confirmed by phone and email and arrived on the day promptly as arranged. He did a wonderful job, was clean and tidy in his work and was very precise and quick. Bliss, back to normal. Don't hesitate to use Adrian, he is a very efficient and personable young man and deserves support and to go far. 5 out of 5 stars from us.

Great service! Replied to my email during the evening which was great, the call out was very fast, Quoted in the morning of the appointment. The parts were purchased and jobs were done same day, which was brilliant, including a shower fitment. Very professional, worked really hard to find a leak that had been missed by a previous Plummer. Adrian was very quick at responding to any query and managed to come earlier than expected on the day, he managed to get the shower fixed in very little time he was also very clean unlike previous tradesman that left rubbish after the job was done.
