Simon also sorted out the bad job had been done on it before which is great! And prior to the appointment he was able to recommend which taps were best to go for, which to avoid and when he felt it'd be too heavy for our sink!

He helped me assessing any issue we have with a shower pump in the airing cupboard and today he fitted a beautiful new mixer tap in our kitchen.
