Jez is incredibly knowledgeable about drains and has a clear engineering mindset. Very thorough and cared about every step of the process. Prices much more reasonable than those quoted by his competitors. Just use Pukka Drains!

Excellent service. Jez explained his charges clearly which surprised me for being very low compared to the big firms. I thought I'd be lucky to get away with £100 but it only cost me £75. He removed the blockage and cleaned the offending drainage pipe. He also cleaned both inspection chambers at no extra cost

Was having trouble with my drains for a while, finally had enough. Jez came over exactly as we had booked in, and communicated throughout the booking process. Was very professional, came very well equipped and did a great job on the blockages in the kitchen caused by previously fitted plumbing work. Highly recommended. We had an issue with our drains and contacted Pukka Drains. They arrived promptly and looked smart in their appearance. This is always a reassuring start!! I do not think I have ever met a tradesperson that communicates so effectively explaining to hat the issue is and how they are going to fix it After a few attempts with a plunger he explained that there was a blockage further into the system Again he explained each stage of the process. He used the correct PPE and was COVID compliant. He was clean and tidy ensuring he took every care not to make or leave a mess. One of the most professional people I think I have ever met. Thank you cannot recommended you enough

Jez was an absolute superstar! I called late Friday night due to flooding and the plumber finding out the cause (blocked drains). Left a message and Jez called back shortly after. Agreed to come round the next morning and solved the issue. Was really friendly and chatty, helpful, and clearly explained the issue and solution. Would recommend to anyone! Great price, fast and reliable (is partial to a bacon sarnie!)
