I contacted DMR on behalf of my parents who were looking for a plumbing and heating contractor to carry out work at a property they were in the process of purchasing. From the word go, nothing was too much trouble for Daniel and his team. Daniel arranged to visit the property and offered my parents much needed advice with regards to the installation of a new heating system. A quote swiftly followed which my parents were more than happy to accept. Delays in the sales chain resulted in me needing to stay in touch with DMR to push installation dates back, this happened a number of times. Again, Daniel and Rosie went out of their way to work with us and ensure the team would be able to complete the works as soon as my parent’s completed on their purchase. Last week work commenced. Daniel visited site to ensure his team were on track and my parents were happy with the progression of the work. We were kept informed every step of the way and their property was respected by the team and left clean and tidy at the end of each working day. Everything was completed within the timeframe agreed and Daniel even made his team available to plump in a washing machine and dishwasher while they were there! Again, absolutely nothing was too much trouble. We cannot praise this company enough and are pleased to say DMR have also been appointed to complete a full bathroom refurbishment at the property. A 5 star service from start to finish. Thank you Daniel, Rosie and all at DMR 😊👏

Had a full bathroom refurb by DMR, I am over the moon with the end result! From start to finish the job went smoothly carried out by a great bunch of lads, the plumbers, plasterers, tilers, labourers and electrician were excellent tradesmen and carried out the job with minimal mess and noise (I am working from home!) Danny responded to any query I had even going out of his way to bleed my radiator many weeks after the job was complete!! Well done everyone, great job 👏🏼

Great team. They came on time, replaced the old heating system with a combi boiler. Everything was done with great care, responsibility and precision. They also kept it clean all the time. firstly I thought they were coming around to do the work but it was just to have a look. The quote given after that was more than twice as much as I expected so I booked in 2 important jobs first. They did 1 and said they couldn't do the other. Then I booked all the other jobs except one which is too expensive. They came, did one job then left due to an "emergency leak". I had a missed call and text at 4:20pm yesterday asking if they could come back this morning, I replied after 5pm tto ask what time then had a text this morning saying they're on their way. They turned up this morning, did the work (except for one job I originally asked for, not sure they actually needed to do one of the jobs they did?) and were gone within 30 minutes. Then I received an invoice for ALL the work I originally had quoted, including 1 job I'd already paid for and 1 job I didn't want done. I won't be back and I recommend going elsewhere to avoid the hassle and save some money or better yet do it yourself.

From the moment Danny and DMR Plumbing entered our home to give a quotation for our planned bathroom upgrade. They offered friendly and professional advice from start to finish. The extensive bathroom upgrade included a relocation and upgrade of the current boiler. The removal of the old bathroom suite and taking the room back to its bare plaster in order to restart again to the new agreed layout. DMR organised, managed and completed all Plumbing, Electrical, Plastering and Tiling work that was required. All members of the DMR Plumbing team are friendly, courteous and professional. All of the work carried out has been to the highest of standards.. To say that my wife and I are happy with all of the work that has been done and carried out by the team would be a huge understatement. We are absolutely delighted. Required a new central heating system to replace an old gas water heater and gas wall heaters. Danny and his team removed the old system and installed a new Worcester boiler, radiators and pipes. They made good the walls after removing the old vents. They completed the work in 2 days, turned up on time and worked without breaks to get the job completed. The work was done to a very high standard and to a very competitive price. They even cleaned all the rooms after they had completed the installation. DMR are highly recommended and I will be using them for the servicing of the boiler in the future and any further plumbing or gas work.

Just had Danny and the team in to do a boiler refit. I can’t recommend them highly enough, they came to price the job when they said they would which is amazing in the current climate, they were competitively priced and turned up on time. I have called out DMR twice over the past few months. Danny has come out both times within a couple of hours of calling, once to repair my boiler when we had the snow so I had heating which kept my myself and my children warm and then when I had a leak under my sink from a broken pipe, it was fixed super quick and at a high standard. I will be booking with DMR when my boiler service is due to the high standard of work and the very reasonable pricing they provide. Highly recommend 5*

Could not recommend DMR enough!They have just completed our bathroom refurb and it’s incredible. The team are reliable, friendly and experts in what they do. Matt asked for our opinion and provided great advice to come to a collective decision on what was best with the overall finishes.Matt, Lewis & I think Charlie (sorry if wrong) were fantastic, the house was left immaculate every day and they were professional completing the works. I do not normally leave reviews, as I normally feed back in person. However I have to say I am very impressed by Danny and his guys at DMR. Firstly they turned up on time as agreed, they then set about placing plastic flooring down to protect carpets throughout the house. They removed the old boiler and pipe work, and installed the new, which was not an easy job due to the cramped space. They behaved professionally throughout their time here, removing all the rubbish and even hoovered where they had been operating. The guys were friendly and explained everything they had done, alongside new operating procedures. I fully recommend them.. Kevin

I’ve Used DMR on a number of occasions, for small and large jobs installed an outside tap, new boiler and refit of shower room, helpful, full of professional advise, couldn’t do enough to make sure the job looked top quality. Our bathroom was 25 years old. And in a very sorry state. we had a few quotes and they all recommended replacing the boiler as that was over 20 years old. We decided on DMR to do both jobs as to be fair Danny was very honest. He didnt try and sell us anything extra and gave us sound advice in what we could do.and achieve with such a small space that needed complete renovation. And what was also a reasonable quote. We decided to move the new boiler to the attic and get rid of the old cuboard and the bath and have a big shower. Both jobs were a messy few weeks but the lads were very respectable covered everything and tidied up after. It was a first class job and we are so pleased with the results.
