Very good service. Phoned a few other plumbers 1st, no one could even come and have a look. Glovers were easy to deal with and efficient. The plumber who came out did a great job, was very friendly and got the job done quickly.

Our boiler was due a service but we were also having problems with water pressure. Booked in a service and the plumber arrived on time - he wore a mask, overshoes and was very professional. He completed the service and identified the reason for the loss of pressure (super quick!) and explained everything in great detail to us. We had a few questions to ask afterwards and he answered them with a great deal of knowledge. Would definitely use Glovers again and highly recommend them.

I use Glover on regular basis however have seen below consistant problems with their billing and over pricing for the product. 1. My job timings was 45 minutes and they charged me for 1.5 hours although I have told them its not 1.5 hours. 2. The actual price of the product was 3.99 and they charged me 10.5. After I investigated the part price they reduced the part price and gave me 20% on whole bill. However in first place, I was overchared which is not really helping me to save money.

We had an issue with our heating that turned out to be related to a pipe in the loft. We rang on Monday morning (accidentally before they opened) and were responded to so quickly. Someone was at our house by 9.15 and they were really helpful and professional. Would recommend.

I have been impressed with this company from start to finish. Andy initially came out to do a survey of the work I needed to be carried out in my bathroom. I needed the bath removing ànd a shower cubicle installing. Andy had great ideas that I had not thought of. He explained things clearly. We booked a week in for their work to be done. Nigel the fitter arrived on time. He is lovely - he is very professional while being friendly at the same time. He worked really hard. He worked in a very tidy environment and at the end of the day, Nigel left the bathroom very clean and tidy. I had to phone the office one day to get a message to Nigel. Dan answered the phone and got the message to Nigel straight away which way very efficient. I would definitely recommend this company and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Glovers have recently completely re-modelled our bathroom, en-suite and downstairs toilet (there is more to Glovers than repairs) and we couldn't be more delighted with the results. It all looks fantastic and has transformed and updated the place. I can't rate this company highly enough, they were friendly, courteous and professional from start to finish. It was an absolute pleasure to have the lovely Nigel in our home, he is not only a great plumber but also an excellent fitter of Mermaid boards and flooring. We really missed him when the job was complete! A huge thanks to Lynn and the team for making our customer experience a really good one.

I had a great experience with Alwyn Glover. They installed my boiler with a minimum of fuss despite having to replace some brickwork and make other annoying alterations due to how old my previous boiler was. They also left no mess to clean whatsoever, which is a rarity on its own, but is particularly welcome during COVID. Highly recommended.

I have also been really impressed with the team at Glovers. They attend to jobs very quickly and nothing is too big or small! Andy and Dan are great and the work is always at an excellent price. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for plumbing and heating work.

Glover's attended our property to conduct an annual boiler service. They are always efficient and professional when carrying out services for us and adhered to current COVID regulations so we felt safe. They also give us a call to remind us when our boiler service is due!! Would definitely recommend!

Glovers attended my property the next day after calling them about a fault with my boiler. A previous plumbing company (Not Glovers!) had failed to diagnose the problem correctly and already wasted a week of my time - so I was really grateful and pleased that Glovers were able to repair the boiler on the spot in less than an hour. Very friendly, efficient service.

Had ongoing problems with nineteen year old microbore central heating system. Glovers recently replaced the failed pipework with new copper pipes. Kevin the plumber gave a great deal of thought to routing the new pipework, which he also carried out neatly and effectively whilst causing minimum inconvenience. The whole house is now as warm as I want it to be. Highly recommended.

FIrst Class service, used them for an emergency callout when I had no heating or hot water and a small baby at home. They were upfront about the costs (which I expected as this was weekend working) but were quick to attend, sorted out the fault and were very straightforward to deal with. Highly recommend.
