I called late Saturday evening and they responded within a few minutes. Carefully explained all the Covid precautions they would take and helped to set up a contactless experience. Tech was at my home within the hour and had the problem diagnosed quickly. It was a really good experience. I was able to go to bed and sleep soundly with the problem resolved.
