Contacted Ben for installation of a new radiator and moving another one, was one of a couple of plumbers I had to quote for the job. He was professional and clearly explained what he'd need to do without being condescending, like the others had been, he was interested in the renovations and offered some advice. Easy to communicate with and trustworthy. Highly recommended. Please don't go elsewhere!!!

Right from initially contacting Ben to discuss him fixing our leak he was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Ben answered a request on a local group for a gas fire fault fix and service. Excellent communication. Promised me it would look like new. I wasn’t convinced however within an hour he had a 17 year old plus gas fire looking absolutely brand new. Professional workmanship and great conversation too. Highly recommended. Will use again.

5 Star friendly & professional service I messaged Ben after our Mira mixer shower wouldn't get hot. Ben came round as arranged, diagnosed the fault & advised me to call Mira to see if I could get the spare part for a reasonable price and he'd then fit it for me. When I was told the part would cost £150 I decided it was preferrable to buy a new shower as it wasn't much more money. I really wanted the shower replacing asap as my wife had recently been in hospital and we really needed a working shower. Ben tried to find the shower to buy that day, but nowhere stocked them, so he ordered one and said he'd come and fit it as soon as it arrived. My wife & I were delighted when Ben arrived the next afternoon and fitted the new shower for us within an hour. I had also mentioned that we had a "frozen" stop tap and he managed to loosen that for us as well in the same visit. Ben was friendly, reliable and did a great job for us. I would have no hesitation in using him in future and would thoroughly recommend him.

Gas Boiler Service. First time I have used Ben's services and I had been given his details from a personal recommendation. He was very friendly, happy to let me watch him at work. Such a thorough job, I realised that the British Gas services in the previous years hadn't been anywhere near as thorough. Ben happily dismantled and cleaned throughout. I messaged Ben at deighton plumbing somewhat out of the blue to enquire if he would be able to install a TMV and outdoor tap for us. Ben replied promptly, clearly and was very helpful right from the start. After agreeing a date/time and approximate cost he attended site at relatively short notice (keeping us informed about when to expect him), did an excellent job, explained everything to us and left it all nice and tidy, all while doing it at a very reasonable price. Ben was really responsive when I requested a quote to replace my electric shower. He supplied and fitted the shower a week later and was very polite, tidy and friendly. He gave me advice to try and rectify a problem myself with a radiator which wasn't heating up, when this didn't work he came out the next day and sorted the problem out. Ben carried out a boiler service for us and removed an old radiator. He later came to investigate and repair a pipe leak. On both occasions he has been extremely professional, genuine and really friendly. Ben is great at communicating, even messaging us in the evening and weekends which we really appreciated when we discovered the leaky pipe!
