Ive used HP plumbing and heating a few times now. A few weeks ago my 15yo boiler failed beyond repair and they installed a new boiler within days. Great set of lads. Highly recommend

Harry couldn’t have been more helpful, providing advice on where the boiler should go, along with advice on the best positions for the radiators. HP were amazing from start to finish. From Harry coming to quote for the new boiler promptly to the new boiler been installed in one day, efficiently and with minimal mess. They tidied up after themselves and showed us how to use the new thermostat. The communication with Hollie in the office before and after has also been excellent. We will be using HP for years to come for all our heating needs including the boilers first service. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys, would highly recommend!

I have used this company several times for various jobs including installing a new boiler, annual boiler servicing, fixing the shower, removing radiators and fixing a leaking pipe. They have always done a great job, come when they say they will or let me know in advance if plans need to change. They have fitted some jobs in at short notice, replying quickly to my emails.

HP Plumbing installed a new heating boiler for us. They caused water to spray a lot out of a valve that hadn't been closed. The man that had been working on the valve , left our property and went to another job, obviously he had not completed what he was doing on our radiator. This caused soaking wet ceiling and newly decorated walls, antique pine cupboard, we had to remove all towels that were stored in the cupboard and wash everything. Shoes had to have water poured out of them and they took two days to dry out.My Wife and I had to clear everything up. A chest of light oak drawers only three years old had an old radio, a bucket of cement and a bottle of some liquid stood on it. It scratched the top of drawers.I pointed this out and was told " that was a school boy error". When it came to finishing the job, one was working on a radiator downstairs , a van pulled up outside and they left. After they had gone, the radiators downstairs didn't work. I believe that they were being picked up before the job was finished. I called Harry and one of the fitters came back later and was here a while, so obviously it was not something we could have put right. Nobody seemed very interested in damage caused, in fact this was Friday evening and Harry was with the kids so said he would be turning his phone off ( under normal circumstances this would be great )I did try to get through to him, but could not. All of this on Friday 20th, we have had no follow up, only to be asked to pay our bill within 7 days .Not really interested in what had happened in our property. We are pensioners and have had to put everything right . A follow up call would have been nice, if only to ask if the heating was working well now, hence this honest review.

I would highly recommend HP Plumbing and Heating to anyone. We needed an old tank boiler ripping out, and new combi boiler installing in a different part of the house as well as new radiator installed. Superb service from HP Plumbing & Heating, our boiler went down on Sunday. One of the team were out first thing Monday and the decision was made to replace the 20 year old boiler ASAP. Wednesday morning the install began and by early afternoon our new boiler was in heating and hot water back on for our young family. Couldn’t ask for any more.

Called Harry on 7pm Sunday evening (yesterday) he was at my door at 745am Monday morning checked over our broken boiler. My partner works as a hairdresser from home so this was vital to her work it was a very stressful 12 hours as she had a full diary of clients today and tomorrow we managed to move today clients and by 5pm we had a brand new boiler installed Harry said his team would work till midnight if that is what it needed!!! We had HP Plumbing in while renovating our house to do the 2 bathrooms and honestly could not be happier with the outcome of both. Harry and his team worked with us from the word go to find styles that we loved and the finished product was way better than we could have imagined. I'd been trying to get my heating system upgraded (old system didn't meet current regulations and wanted a new boiler) for a while but I'd had a lot of negative experiences of other tradespeople, they either didn't seem too sure about how to do the work or they couldn't be bothered because it wasn't a simple job. My expectations were therefore low but I've been really pleasantly surprised by how well everything went with this firm. They knew exactly how to do the job correctly and in the most efficient manner. The price was very fair. They managed to get the whole job done in a day, so minimal disruption. They came when they said they were going to come. They left no mess or damage which was a relief given the amount of pipework that had to be changed. When you contact them they get back to you quickly. What more can you ask for?
