Highly recommend Paul! I’ve seen a few podiatrists over the years and by far Paul has been the best! My whole experience was 10/10, Paul put me at ease before my procedure and was very helpful in regards to after care. Highly recommend. I'm a barefoot runner and managed to get a stone lodged in my foot. I easily booked online with Lower Limb and got an appointment the very next day. Travelled a long way up to Belfast a few months ago to get verruca needling after years of other fruitless attempts of verruca removal in the Republic. So so happy that they are finally gone. It only took one 15 minute session, and now several months later the immune system has completely fought off the verrucas. Not only that but the service itself was brilliant. It was pain free , and Paul also very kindly gave me more than enough free cash so I wasn’t stuck without sterling for the bus. It was so worth the price - I’d recommend it as a first port of call for verruca removal as it is easy to spend hundreds on fruitless attempts in the Republic, where needling (involving anesthetic) is not possible.

It’s rare to leave a place with that “just in time” feeling. Bronagh is excellent. I had a very painful issue with an ingrown toenail and a numb toe. I’m not saying it was painless but it was quick and professional and palpably better. This was on the point of being a serious problem solved before it became an emergency. Brilliant. I had a relatively simple problem to deal with but it was dealt with very efficiently and Paul was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and had even found out some additional information for me to give to my GP. The treatment itself was painless and easy and was well explained. It's not the easiest location to find, at the side of an off-licence on the Lisburn Road in an old building with steep narrow stairs. But once you're in, the treatment is first rate.

I went to see Paul at Lower Limb about a recurring foot issue and he couldn’t have been more helpful as well as very well priced. After a thorough initial diagnosis, I especially appreciated his honesty that my issue is an indirect one related to lower back problems and that I’d best off seeing a physio next rather than himself.

I initially contacted the lower limb clinic for issues with my foot. I had booked in with one of the consultants and Paul seen this and insisted he seen me due to the severity of my condition. My advice to any one reading this, if you're looking for a practise that will diagnose your issue right away and help you get back on your feet (pun intended) then seriously look no further! Having spent a fortune on every over the counter remedy and as well as prescription remedies that never worked, for a very stubborn verruca, I wish I had of found Paul's Lower Limb practise sooner, as I would have saved so much money! Couldn't recommend Paul and everyone at Lower Limb enough, diagnosed my issue quickly and without any unnecessary drawn out sessions, kept me informed and gave clear advise on his recommendations, the aftercare followup sessions were brilliant and even helped ease my mind when I was being paranoid months after recovery and thought the issue was returning (it wasn't). If you're reading this looking advise on needling or wondering how painful it may be, don't be worried, a very mild sting when applying the numbing agent, you won't feel a thing during the needling process and very little discomfort afterwards. I had one needling session after suffering for a year with a persistent verruca, and only wish I had of went to Paul sooner! Thanks for your help 🙏!

My partner had an infected ingrown toenail, for weeks he put it off after my insisting he go in to get it removed. He was so nervous and hates anything to do with feet or anyone touching his toes etc. We went in and had a consultation with Paul he was brilliant did everything so quickly and professionally as he knew my partner was slightly uncomfortable. He talked away so friendly. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Minor removal with anaesthetic and two days later it’s practically healed, infection has gone and there is no more pain. Have had very successful shock wave treatment for plantar fasciitis, which had been troubling me for a couple of years but became more and more unbearable the last 6 months. I highly recommend this treatment, had 4 sessions with Paul and I can’t believe the difference. Back to enjoying my long walks and getting out of bed in morning with ease. Whilst the treatment is painful it is definitely worth it, it is 3-4 minutes per session, I just wish I had it done ages ago. Over the past year I have had a number of procedures here and they have always been quick, painless and stress free. There's a personal touch to the service and communication is always easy. Paul is extremely knowledgeable and has years of experience working with athletes and as a Weightlifter that's been an amazing asset. Great experience at head2toe. I initially had a gait analysis after having pains in feet shins and knees for a few years exaggerated recently by upping running distance. Paul and the team were able to pin point the issue and get a pair of custom orthotics for me within a few weeks.
