Really friendly staff- both the receptionist and the podiatrist. Podiatrist talked me through all the treatment options and have also been very accommodating recently as I had to reschedule my follow-up appointment at short notice. Very reasonable prices and a clean, bright and modern clinic. Would highly recommend.

I would definitely recommend this place. I hate people touching my feet and had a lot of anxieties about it thus not getting my toe nail checked out for many years. But Ruth made me feel really comfortable and calm. She managed to sort out my toe nail delicately without me even feeling like anyone was touching my feet! Thank you so much Ruth! Wouldn't trust anyone else with my feet! :)

Delighted with the service from Ruth and the reception team. I've just started returning to training at the climbing wall after a two month layoff following surgery for an involuted toenail. From start to finish the information and communication was first class, and Ruths excellent people skills helped allayed any apprehensiveness about the procedure. I really appreciated the voicemail and email to check up on how I was after the procedure. I feel well cared for. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and all the staff seem to remember their clients and are friendly. Ruth was also very good at explaining the procedure as well as the science behind my condition which I really appreciated.

I couldn't recommend more! I've had an amazing treatment today! I booked an appointment for one painful callus but I miss Ruth Giffney treated my feet overall from some past ones too. She was really friendly and really good in her job. She also sent me a program for my ankle rehab although this was not the reason of my appointment. I appreciated this gesture that shows genuine interest so much! Thank you! I will be definitely coming back for any future issues :)

I could not have felt happier with the level of care and information I received from this clinic. I was seen by Naomi Green and following her diagnosis I was sent to the hospital for further treatment. My GP notably remarked upon how impressed she had been by the detailed referral letter which she received from Naomi. I would highly recommend Footworks and thanks to them I am still in heels!

I went for a gait analysis. The analysis is thorough and this is the main thing i was hoping for. These issues are complicated to understand. Prior to footworks i had not received a satisfactory diagnosis elsewhere so it was welcome to receive a detailed analysis from footworks. Footworks report was technical in nature and being picky i would have preferred having things explained additionally at a laypersons level of understanding. A follow up call or offer to come back into the clinic to discuss would also have been welcome for someone like me that wants to understand the underlying problem, as well as the solution. However exercises to rectify the problem have been provided and a technical report sent to my physiotherapist who understands it ... I am hopeful this time we have finally got the bottom of issue and it will be corrected.

I am a keen runner and my feet are less than desirable. Bruised thickened toe nails etc. I have never visited a podiatrist before but am pleased I did. The clinic is bright and the staff friendly and professional. The treatment was successful and I was given advice to help me keep my feet happy and pain free. I would highly recommend.

Ruth carried out a operation to correct ingrowing toenails on both feet for my 10 year old son. She was fantastic before, during and after the operation, keeping my son fully aware of what would be done and talking to him all the way through. The follow up care has been excellent and I have a happy boy who can run around with no pain for the first time in ages. I would definitely recommend Footworks Bristol going forward.

I had 2 sessions and came away with insoles that have removed all the pain I was having and an insight into the problem and other problems I was having too! I suffered with huge verrucas for years and tried every home treatment before eventually going to footworks. I had a couple of cryotherapy sessions which didn't seem to be making much difference so bit the bullet and had it needled. The process was a bit nerve wracking but Naomi's friendliness and sense of humour made it easier to relax and she was utterly professional which made me feel I was in safe hands. 3 months later my verrucas have vanished! It has changed my life. As anyone with verrucas knows how embarrassing and restricting it is. I now swim several times a week, go barefoot whenever I want and I even had a foot massage recently! Thank you Naomi and the footworks team! You are my heros 🙂👍👣

I visited Naomi because I’ve had terrible back pain for years and I’ve spent a fortune with chiropractors. She assessed my walking and looked at my foot pressure then made a cast of my feet for insoles. They work, My back pain is so much better!! Thank you!!!!
