Always nice to visit Michelle's clinic at the end of winter (boot wearing season!) and have your feet checked over and pampered for a little while. Go on, treat yourself at this lovely, modern and very clean clinic on Llandaff Road.

I chose this practice for very personal reasons and I am so glad I did. Appointment was given quickly and the appointment was very easy going. Anyone who can get a word out of my 13 year old is doing well😂….. would highly recommend.

Michelle Bird is a most knowledgeable and experienced podiatrist but, in addition, is a genuinely warm- hearted and lovely lady. I have been trusting her with the care of my feet( after six surgeries and Covid they were a painful mess!) since I returned to live in Cardiff. You are never kept waiting when you arrive for an appointment and the place is always spotlessly clean. There is another personable guy called Toby who also knows how to treat feet in a professional way. To assist with bookings and paperwork she has her charming assistants who are extremely pleasant in person and on the telephone. All precautions are taken to stop the spread of the Covid Virus . With a council car park round the corner ( free parking for two hours) I would thoroughly recommend that you book a visit if you have unhappy feet!

Michelle and Toby treated my very tricky verruca last year with real professionalism.and patience. I was anxious after a previous bad experience somewhere else and was in constant pain. I found reassurance and after regular treatments and follow ups the verruca disappeared! I was delighted, thank you so much Michelle and Toby!

Every time i pay a visit to you the receptionist is always welcoming and helpful and i generally dont have to wait and i am seen to straight away .The service which i have recieved and continue to recieve is 100% satisfactory and i always come away feeling a very valued customer and im never pressured to make another appointment i have always been told come back when u feel u need to .I always remember my first visit many years ago when i first met michelle and had a verucca in my foot where ive been all around cardiff and nobody could get it out i was given the treatment and told it would take a few goes but if it dont work i wouldnt have to pay .I had the treatment and after the success of getting it out i then paid .I would higly recommend the podiatry service to any of my family and friends .Service with a smile 😃 😊 and fantastic results .Thanks once again Jane Lenny

Excellent all-round experience at Michelle Bird Podiatry. Professional, flexible and relaxed; I first had a consultation on a Thursday, then arranged toenail surgery on the following Monday. Toby performed the surgery and was really excellent; his relaxed demeanour put me at ease from the get-go and he made the experience as painless as possible (figuratively and literally!). Michelle and the rest of the staff were also really friendly, down to earth and helpful. Thanks a lot, team - would thoroughly recommend.

I having being going to Michelle for many years now. I suffer with Ingrowing Toenails. I used to try and sort out my toenails myself, which resulted in infected Toes. Michelle was recommended to me and from the first visit I was made to feel relaxed. Michelle is amazing, Kind, Professional, friendly and GENTLE :) I will not go to anyone else(I did try it once and it didn't work out well)...dreading the day Michelle eventually retires. Hi I visited Michelle to get some help with an I growing toe nail Michelle gave me consultation and advised that the problem should be removed and made a appointment to undertake minor surgery on my toe. On the day in question I turned up and was made to feel so relaxed And introduced to Podietrist by the name of toby what a guy very calm and professional and began to remove the in growing toe nail His assistant to whom I can’t remember her name ( so sorry ) made me feel so relaxed. Anyway Toby took away the offending nail and said I all his years of surgery on toe nails he has never seen such a big in growing nail but did the job. Well done all and thank you so much. Michelle Karen you are diamonds. Once again I visited Michele for an offending ingrowing toe nail and once again the team did a fantastic and professional job.
