From the get go Laura was lovely and friendly and has an amazing knowledge of all things feet. I felt really comfortable throughout my visit and my feet are now baby soft and pain free. Laura is the most experienced and knowledgeable chiropodist I've ever met! I was very lucky to find Laura's clinic and now myself and my partner are regulars. Laura treated our problems within first visit, assessed, treated and recommended aftercare that worked miracles! We now go to enjoy lovely SPA treatments Laura offers in her clinic. N. D. T.My son (14) had a nasty ingrown toenail. We were told it had to be fully and permanently removed. We decided to go for a second opinion and chose Laura at Step a head. The best decision we made. We are so grateful that not only did she do a fantastic job at saving his toenail but she was kind, gentle and understanding to my sons situation. S. S.I had an amazing experience with Laura at La Preme. I always had issues with my ingrown toenails and was looking into less invasive solutions than removing the whole nail. Firstly, I started with toenail braces last year but decided to have a partial removal in March. I was terrified of the procedure but Laura was so supportive and sensible throughout the whole surgery, and recovery too. I'm so happy I chose this clinic, Laura is exeptionally professional, detailed, kind and generous person. I can't believe she's operating on sucha high standard with her clinic opened only a year ago. My toenail recovered fabuosly and I got a nice summery gel on my toenails to show off my feet, this time with confidence! I will be coming back after summer to sort out my other toenail (which isn't that impacted) and I have no fears this time. I strongly recommend Laura & La Preme, your feet will definitely be in the best hands possible!

I can’t say I was looking forward to this appointment (cause I hate feet)! But I could have stayed there for hours. Very professional. Feel like I have known Laura for years! It's obvious that a lot of hard work & planning has gone into making the clinic look fantastic and that is matched by the level of care I received when I got there. S. B.I visited the very stylish La Preme Clinic today to have my feet done by Laura. I was a bit tense at first as I haven't had my feet done in a long time. Laura put me at ease straight away. She is very friendly and warm. After a nice chat we discussed my feet and any issues I had.
She is extremely professional and very knowledgeable. She spoke me through everything she was doing and made suggestions on things I could do at home to help my feet further.
The whole experience was brilliant and my feet felt amazing afterwards.
I will definitely be going back for regular treatments.
Another added bonus was being offered a couple of hours free parking in the nearby car park.

I had a medi spa WOW it was top class and my feet felt fantastic after it 😍. As someone who doesn't like their feet touched Laura reassured me at all times and explained everything that was being carried out. L. S.My podiatrist Laura is so lovely, she made me feel so welcome and at ease. I was actually visiting family in Glasgow (I live in London) and have booked in again on my next family visit. The clinic provided a really comprehensive and thorough service. My Pedisafe Toenail Reconstruction has lasted over 2 months so far and is easy to apply other gel or nail varnishes if you fancy a change of colour. I’m booked in for an infill next month but everything still looks as good as it did when I left! I have been to other clinics and no other clinic compares to La Preme. I can’t go anywhere else now!

M. F.La Preme appointment today. Was amazing decor is stunning n from the second I went in made to feel very welcome and cared for. Laura was so caring professional and gave me 5 star treatment. Ive had problems with my feet recently and Laura dealt with every issue I had. She went above and beyond with the treatment and advice she gave me. Felt totally relaxed and chilled with whole ambience of the treatment room too relaxing music lighting n the most relaxing treatment chair I have ever sat on. Felt totally pampered and when i left felt I was walking on air and could still smell the oils she used on my feet when she gave me a final foot massage that relaxed me for the rest of the day. I would loved to have given her a big cuddle for everything she did for me today but due to Covid I couldnt. Will defintely be giving her one next time im there. Thank you Laura for all the very professional work you did on my feet today and being so caring too. I would highly recommend La Preme to anyone considering going for treatment as I can assure you will receive 5 star treatment with a very caring knowledgable and very professional lady

t.Had my first appointment with Laura on Monday.From the moment I arrived I was made to feel most welcome.I am a hairdresser and constantly on my feet.I was in so much pain prior to my appointment.I have been many places over the years and I can honestly say Laura is by far the best I have been to.Its a little more than what I have paid in the past but worth absolutely every penny and more.Laura is very friendly and really knows her stuff I could go into all the ins and outs of my experience but would rather much you went along and had a treatment and experience it for yourself I would 100 percent recommend Thankyou Laura from the bottom of my soles...George
