This is the first time I have had toe nails looked at. I went on the recommendation of a work colleague as one of my nails is damaged due to walking a few mountains in the past. Sarah gave sound professional advice and comes across as passionate about her chosen career. She really gave my feet a good pamper session. If you have been putting off a toe/nail problem like I did. As well as being an ultimate professional, Sarah is also a very lovely lady. Having slotted me into her diary at short notice, I arrived for my first appointment with an extremely sore toe, and a lot of trepidation. I needn't have worried, as Sarah put me at ease immediately. After taking my relevant medical history, and taking into consideration my reduced immune system, Sarah addressed the problems with my ingrowing toenail, and the rest of my feet in general. Over a week later, my toe is on the mend! My experience of Sarah and her business was first class. I was really suffering pain in my feet and legs; the doctor's practice gave me some gel, which did no good at all. Luckily, I saw a physiotherapist who recommended Sarah. Sarah visited me at home and did a thorough analysis, including blow flow and gait. She recommended orthotics but also gave me lots of tips for managing plantar fascitis. I'm so relieved that someone has been able to help me. The orthotics have made such a difference, they are a complete success. Sarah is professional, obviously highly experienced and a thoroughly lovely person. I would recommend her without hesitation.

Three months ago I visited Sarah with foot problems that were causing me great pain. She quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me lots of advice about the different things I could do to reduce the pain. Orthotic insoles were advised, along with a second pair to fit into different shoes. Also extra heel raisers to fix into my sandals, ready for my forthcoming holiday. I have now had several appointments and I'm very impressed with Sarah's advice. I have had two years of foot pain and shin splints, seen two professionals, taken pain killers, used foot creams and tried nearly every foot pad on the market! Six weeks ago I saw Sarah who did a very thorough assessment and diagnosed the problem. She fitted me with orthotics and gave me a lot of good advice. After four months of agony and been misdiagnosed by other health professionals and my own GP, I went to see Sarah and with 30 minutes she had identified the problem, treat it and now I can virtually walk again normal. Only because of the treatment she had to do has left me a little sore, but I am in far less pain than I was when I first hobbled in and have been for such a long time. I badly bruised my left big toenail and when it became excruciating painful, I booked an appointment with Sarah Venard. She diagnosed septic shock and had to remove the nail and clean the nail bed with a scalpel in order to clean away any infected debris. The procedure took about twenty minutes and a further ten minutes to bandage the toe and prescribe antibiotics. The treatment was very professional, minimally painful, and completely successful. Apart from having to keep the dressing dry and have it redressed after three days, I suffered no pain and was able to walk freely straight away. This lady knows her stuff.
