I am very pleased with the foot treatment I got. Michelle, the podiatrist who looked after me, is competent, no-nonsense, and friendly. She reassured me about the conditions of my toe nails, made good suggestions, and my feet have been happy ever since! It's not a cheap treatment, but worth it because everything was well and pleasantly done.

I first visited the Marylebone clinic about 3 years ago and had the absolute BEST medical pedicure - my feet felt so great! Since then, I've been going to the Guildford clinic as it's more local to me. Just as great - medical pedicures are done by fully qualified podiatrists and my feet are so good that I've only had polish on my toes 3 times in the last 3 years! I go every 2-3 months and use the products at home. It's a real cut above normal pedicures .. i used to have those every month. Highly recommended and (almost!) life changing.

Manal has been looking after my feet since I had 2 bunion operations a year ago. She gives the best medical pedicure I’ve ever had. Thorough and professional I always leave with “new” feet looking great.

Experience of the staff great, hands and nails always feel amazing afterwards however, only 4 stars as on day 2 my polish started to peel off. This is the first time its happened here either. Not a fan of their polish, take your own and refuse the top coat.

I’ve been going to MD in Liberty for years, and after my first visit to the flagship store in Marylebone I’m so happy to have found the team. They couldn’t do enough to make my experience amazing. Excellent experience from arrival to departure. The reception staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful and my podiatrist is excellent as was the technician who carried out my pedicure and manicure. The Clinic is clean and comfortable. The booking system is efficient and the ability to buy a block of treatments is good value.

When in London I always go to Margaret Dabbs New Cavendish Street for manicure & pedicure. The staff are very professional, with a traditional approach which I definitely prefer. The salon is clean, and they have some very good products for sale. My only criticism would be that they could have a better choice of nail colours, so I normally take my own. For those who have particular concerns, they offer a medical pedicure with a chiropodist. I would highly recommend a visit.

The treatments themselves are really excellent and all the feet therapists and the podiatrists that I have received treatments from are all fantastic, I would give them six stars if I could. They are without a doubt the best I have come across in London. I have also tried large parts of their product range which I really enjoy, in particular I highly recommend the Foot Hygiene Cream. I have two criticisms which they can easily improve on: first, the receptionists are taking up-selling too far, which I find comes across as unprofessional. Their treatments and products are great, they do not need to push you in to buying more things or booking more frequent visits. As such, payment is always the worst part of the visit which should not be the case, the brand should take this final stage to be as pleasant and easy as possible so that one leaves longing for the next visit. Second, the upstairs treatment area is in desperate need of a refurbishing (with new chairs, the current ones are uncomfortable).

I had a medical pedicure with Alex and a supreme manicure with Claudia at Alderley Edge. My first time visiting this beautiful salon but not Margaret Dabbs which I have been to in London Marylebone and Liberty. I highly recommend to give your feet a serious MOT. Alex was so expert in all things feet and toenails. He gave me brilliant advice on my onychomycosis which is being treated with oral terbinafine. I then had a lovely manicure with Claudia. Gorgeous space, outstanding hygiene, great products and lovely staff. What a treat! I travelled from near the Lake District and Sunday is a good day to visit for more parking opportunities! Next time, I will combine with a visit to the Trafford Centre as it is a long way to go.

Carol is a wonder and I'm so sorry to see her go (while wishing her well). She's looked after my feet for a few years and it's always like walking on a cloud when she's finished my medical pedicure. It would be useful to have some signage from the lift to your new suite.

I have been coming to Margaret Dabbs Marylebone for quite a few years. It is quite expensive, but worth it if you want to take care of your feet. Everyone is very pleasant there and it is a relaxing experience. My podiatrist, Jack, is very friendly and does an excellent job. Kala sometimes paints my toenails afterwards and is also very good. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

Carol is A very good podologist, it has been 3 years that I trust Her with my toe nails and I strictly follow her advices. She is one of the best in town for nail replacement, she does an incredible job and you can’t see any difference with a real nail. I strongly recommend her.

I honestly can’t fathom the poor (and occasionally irrelevant - commenting on product delivery via website and various other MD locations) reviews here. My treatment couldn’t have been more professional and every member of staff was a sheer delight. I’ve never had a better pedicure nor more gentle and experienced hands on my feet! Probably the best spa pedicure I've had in London. I had the Supreme pedi for 60 pounds, it was very thorough, detailed, professional. It lasted about 40 minutes, and the soaking period was actually at the end just for ten min but my feet felt soft and looked great after. I had also booked an additional 20 min massage, which I felt was actually less than twenty min, and did not include the massage that was part of the pedicure. Also, the pedicure chairs are right in the reception area, so not much privacy and quite noisy. Might try Liberty next time to see if there's more privacy. Well worth it overall, I would definitely go to Margaret Dabbs again.

My actual treatment at the New Cavendish Street branch by the podiatrist was excellent. It was thorough and informative. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. My feet looked and felt much better post treatment. I am enjoying the products that were recommended too. My only criticism was on arrival i checked in with the receptionist, she asked me to take a seat. As other customers arrived they did the same but the receptionist asked if she could take their coat, asked for their coats and offered them a drink....i wonder why i didn't receive the same treatment. The Podiatrist asked everyone but me if they were her client. I sat there thinking i was invisible. Maybe i didn't 'look' as affluent as the other clients who walked through the door so i didn't deserve to be treated the same!

I had the "medical" pedicure and whilst I love the spa-vibes and have been a long-time user of MD products, it was incredibly disappointing as a treatment, and very overpriced. That said, great reception staff, lovely location, and if you have money to throw around then recommended. For an actual medical pedi, somewhere like Harley St's Foot and Nail Clinic run by Marion Yau is brilliant - and though her assistants won't apply nail varnish they will shape and file your nails so you come out with feet that really feel like new.

Overall, I was very pleased with my treatment. Christina was very knowledgeable and did a great job with my feet. A very worthwhile experience. Finally, I have got rid of my painful corns. Left the place with a 'new set of feet' which felt as if I was walking on clouds. Would thoroughly recommend.

Good medical pedicure. It's quite pricey though but very thorough. Have also had 'normal' pedicures which I enjoyed. Wish you would focus a bit on the quality of products though as many are filled with nasties and chemicals, but I guess that's just a matter of priority. It's a place I definitely return to.

My first medical pedicure at Margaret Dabbs at New Cavendish Street, for which I paid £75. It was really nice and my feet look fab! Got lots of good advice on how to keep my feet crack free. I actually thought this price would include a mini pedi + mini massage as well, but it didn't. It would have been a nice touch to get 2-3 minutes foot massage followed by a quick pedi.

First class, excellent service and experience at Margaret Dabbs, Notting Hill. I had the renowned Medical Pedicure, as did my partner who has been type 1 diabetic for 50 years, our feet have never looked so good and the advice we were given was knowledgeable and well explained! All of the staff were so very welcoming and professional, it was a wonderful experience. My toes were painted after my medi-pedi with the beautiful Margaret Dabbs polish, Love in a Mist and they are still looking fresh. I also purchased some products, the “Rolls Royce” of foot files and the foot oil. My feet are transformed to the point that in all my 48 years, I now actually love them!
