Jenny is absolutely fabulous at her job. Nothing is too much trouble. She makes you feel safe and comfortable, and always explains what is happening to elevate any concerns. I have being seeing her for many years and would definitely offer a 5-star rating.

I visited the clinic yesterday and received a warm welcome from Jenny, having spoken to her on the phone previously. She was very friendly and professional and spent a lot of time checking out my feet prior to treatment. I was very reassured with her kind manner and obvious depth of knowledge which she shared with me during the session. I have booked a follow up session and have every confidence that Jenny will keep my feet in tip top condition. Fees were explained prior to the appointment and in my opinion were very reasonable given the level of service provided. I have no hesitation in recommending Jenny at the Foot Pulse Podiatry clinic.

Emailed Jenny on a Sunday afternoon asking for information regarding a frustrating ingrown toenail that I wanted to sort out (due to SARS-CoV-2 pandemic NHS waiting lists are huge!) Jenny was awesome, replied back near instantly (even on her day off!) and we got a booking sorted for the following Friday. Arrived, had a lovely greeting (all social distancing measures and anti-viral precautions were clear and obvious, really really good to see.) Jenny gave me advice, had a chat along the way and in the end managed to clear up and clean the affected area of my toenail, dressed it perfectly and it already felt amazing when I got home 30 mins later! She checked my general foot health and gave me lots of advice as I do lots of hiking and play both football and rugby. Ended up costing much less than I thought! Jenny told me the prices, but I expected a higher price than I got which was lovely! Follow up booked to make sure things are growing properly, but really cannot fault Foot Pulse and Jenny, lovely service and it was a pleasure, look forward to seeing her again for my follow up! :)

I had been having problems with my feet, which turned out to be plantar fasciitis. I visited Jenny back in December 2020 and she was extremely welcoming and polite. She informed me with lots of knowledge and advice on what was causing this and how I could help improve my problem. Jenny suggested certain trainers and insoles to help improve my feet, with getting the support and comfort I needed. After taking on this advice, it has improved my feet massively and I now have no problems. I highly recommend Jenny to anyone looking for a podiatrist.

I decided to visit Jenny at Foot Pulse Podiatry due to a stubborn verruca that just would not go. Years of playing rugby has left me neglecting my feet and hoping that it would go away. I have never visited a podiatrist before but I have to say that Jenny is caring, professional and extremely knowledgeable. After discussing the various options available I decided to give verruca needling a try. Jenny is a highly skilled practitioner and I am amazed to say that after one treatment the verruca has finally gone!!
