d. b.I had an appointment with Mr Steve Bailey. It was quick, simple, no bull just “ let’s sort the problem out” attitude with a detailed chat about exercising and correct footwear for running. Felt at ease and extremely knowledgable. Highly recommended
M. T.I am a 74 year old man who played rugby for 34 years (8 clubs) as a 2nd row/ no.8. My body has taken a battering & now I have a frozen left shoulder. The NHS will take ages to give me physio so I went to see Steve Bentley today who I have successfully used before for knee problems. Steve has worked with sports people, quickly diagnosed my problem & started remedial work immediately. I left with clear instructions for exercises & actions I can take to accelerate my recovery till I see him next week

I have to say I was sceptical as to whether they would help alleviate the pain I was feeling when walking but have just returned from a walking holiday with no pain whatsoever. Great service, would recommend to anyone suffering with osteoarthritis in the foot
