This practice really does deserve in excess of five stars. As a type 1 diabetic I have been attending for a good few years. two appointments every year, I class them as a Service and an MOT (thorough). However, should there be an issue in between visits, no problem, just pick up the phone at any time.

Hannah managed to fit me in at a very busy time. Primarily I was very comfortable ref the clinics practices to protect us both from and Covid issues. Hannah was extremely knowledgeable and was able to firstly alleviated my concerns ref my condition with good advice how to manage the immediate problem , Hannah decided this was something that would have to be treated at hospital and be able to refer me. Hannah was then able to offer me additional information ref other concerns around my condition, with advice ref footwear and shoe inserts, and gave me some supporting exercises and the contact numbers of different practitioners that could assist me further. I can honestly say this was the best £37.00 I have spent in a long time. Thank you Hannah, I hope I don't need to see you again, but should the need arise you will be my first point of contact. 5*'s all round.

I would highly recommend Hannah and the team at the Ridgeway Foot Clinic. I received a very warm welcome and support of my situation. I am diabetic and went undiagnosed for a time which created its own set of issues. Hannah was very attentive and knowledgable on the subject of diabetes, aside from treating my toe, Hannah also offered me some great nutritional advice which has greatly helped me in keeping control on my diabetes and the resurgence of issues related to diabetes. I had treatment for an ingrowing toenail. This was undertaken with very little pain by a lady who I think must be Hannah. It's well worth the money just to talk to her. If you're ever feeling down she's the girl to pick you up. What I expected to be awful was in fact a lovely experience, Alan
