Faye and the team made me feel very welcome. She explained what was wrong with my feet and offered various ways of treating the issue. The treatment I received was great, Faye always explained what she was doing and why, also recommending different treatments for athletes foot too. What a wonderfully warm welcome we had on my elderly Mum's first ever visit! She was rather apprehensive and nervous to begin with but by the end of the visit she felt like you were all old friends! Everyone was so friendly and courteous and each step of the treatment was explained for Mum to easily understand. Before we left she even had her photo taken with the Queen in your beautifully decorated reception!👑🇬🇧. Thank you all so much - Mum is now looking forward to her next visit😃

My very first experience of visiting a podiatrist. Arrived and straight away greeted in a friendly and caring way. Treatment with Faye was excellent, very gentle and thorough. I visited Telford Podiatry on 19/07/22 as a badly cracked heel with deep fissures and flapping skin I myself tried to repair quite frankly caused a mess. Faye expertly not only repaired the diy damage but was able to leave both feet including the heels looking smooth so that you could hardly notice and offered good advice on how to keep them in this condition. I was well chuffed and can thoroughly recommend Faye. The clinic is spotlessly clean and Faye appears to have all the tools necessary to undertake any podiatry work. as a footnote it was during the recent heatwave when i visited and on arrival i was given a complimentary bottle of chilled water which I thought was a nice touch.

Faye really knows her trade and Heidi is a brilliant admin assistant, they're a very friendly and welcoming team and they make you feel at ease and comfortable. I am very happy with the process Faye took me through, we tried the lesser expensive option first so therefore Faye of course had my wallet in mind which I absolutely appreciate and then we went for full surgery which I would say is competitively priced and you get what you pay for which is exactly what you want, of course. Sanitary and always clean environment and Faye follows her practices religiously and reliably. I'm a very happy customer and I will come back in future if I have any further issues with my feet and I'll always recommend to friends and family too. First time I've attended and was very fortunate to be able to book an appointment the same day over the internet. I was put at ease straight away and explained the problem I was having. After discussion, it was put forward that Faye get in touch with my doctor to suggest an x-ray might be helpful in getting to the bottom of the problem. Faye then proceeded to give both feet full treatment of clipping smoothing and a nice massage. I will be making this my regular go to for my feet requirements, would highly recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised to actually get through to a podiatrist clinic with a manned telephone. I was further surprised to get an appointment the next day. I managed to fill in and submit all pre-appointment paperwork online very simply. The clinic is easy to find, although I suspect parking spaces could be in short supply, when busy. The clinic is very Covid conscious and clean and currently only deals with pre-booked appointments. Faye was very professional and gave my feet and nails a thorough survey, cut and overhaul. I was impressed with the advice and treatment I was given and will certainly be booking regular follow ups. I am very happy to recommend Faye and Telford Podiatry Ltd to look after your feet and to keep you moving.

I would like to thank Faye for the peace of mind and sound advice today. Her knowledge of the issue I had with my daughter was extremely helpful and well worth the cost for the peace of mind we needed. Now I can use the recommended treatment approach to clear this up but know I can always come back straight away if there are concerns. Given how hard it is to see a GP now days in person I would definitely use this service again for that one on one interaction, time and professional advice. Fantastic treatment in a friendly environment. Had a "dodgy" toenail removed and the treatment and aftercare have been second to none. After a bad experience 20 years ago having another nail removed i was a bit apprehensive, but I felt completely at ease and barely noticed what was happening (I was doing work emails on my phone at the same time!). Last Wednnesday I spent a happy and comfortable 30 minutes with Faye the Podiatrist at Telford Podiatry. She is lovely and made me very welcome as did the Receptionist. Everyone that she can help gets a full 30 minutes attention starting with a full foot check. My hideous old toenail did not take that long to remove so I was then treated to a foot massage followed by toenail shaping. Would highly recommend. Having suffered with Planter Fasciitis for several months I was recommended to see a Podiatrist by my doctors. After a quick call to Telford Podiatry Ltd where we discussed the reason for my enquiry I was quickly booked in with Faye. Communication was fantastic with a confirmation email detailing my appointment. During the appointment Faye was very explanatory, took time to fully understand my symptoms and carried out a thorough examination. The advice she gave was detailed and I felt very reassured that the advice given would help. I’m a person over 70 & am very vulnerable to Covid 19 because of underlying health problems. I have been shielding at home through lockdown, going nowhere except to attend hospital appointments. I used Telford Podiatry before lockdown but after such a long time shielding I was extremely nervous of returning for if I catch the virus it’s likely to be life threatening. I spoke to Faye when she assured me about the very high standard of precautions they are now taking to ensure the safety of all patients. You have to make an appointment to be allowed in the clinic so that no one else is there for the duration of your treatment. You are asked to use sanitising gel as soon as you enter & staff keep to social distancing. There is a clear screen to shield you at reception, the seats & all surfaces in reception & treatment rooms are cleaned & sanitised thoroughly after each patient visit. All staff wear disposable face masks & aprons with the podiatrist additionally wearing a visor & disposable gloves. All rooms were very well ventilated throughout so despite my reluctance to return, I felt very safe whilst there & I came into contact with no-one else. All staff are courteous & professional but very friendly. I was made to feel completely at ease & will now have no hesitation in returning for another appointment. Many thanks to Faye & her team.
