I came to the lovely Dianne in January hoping to get rid of several verrucas on both feet and hands that I had for many years. 3 treatments later and some patience, they are all gone with no scarring at all! I am amazed at the results and will definitely be recommending. It was worth every penny and the small amount of discomfort that comes with the treatment, thank you!

I had a couple of verrucas which had lasted for about 3-4 years, nothing over the counter had worked, and they were affecting my walking. Purple podiatry had been recommended to me so I gave it a try. On my initial consultation Diane explained what verrucas were, and the treatment plan and cost. She is a very positive person, was always professional in her approach, and gives you confidence and reassurance about the procedure and answered my questions to my satisfaction allowing me to make an informed decision. The treatment does take a few months, and can be uncomfortable for a short time, but she takes photos throughout the treatments and you can see the improvement, I am happy to say that the verrucas are gone. My foot is healthy and I am extremely pleased with how it has gone. Thank you Diane for your positivity and support during my treatment and I would recommend you and your clinic to anyone who has foot/feet problems.

We contacted Dianne to look at our nephew’s ingrowing toe. It had been a long affair for him spanning 13 months and he’d already had surgery on it in the Midlands. This proved to be ineffective so when he stayed with us for a long period we took him to Dianne. Booking her service is easy, getting a quote, keeping track of appointments is effortless and most of all her treatments and care were outstanding. As part of the overall cost there was no real limit in after care either and all subsequent appointments were included as part of the surgery price. Very pleased to say that within 6 weeks of his surgery his tow is just like new.....to top it all Dianne is a fabulous character with so much energy and fun. Our nephew even had a personalised Christmas card from her which was a fabulous touch. Would we recommend her? Every time. Don’t hesitate. I’m sure she’s seen it all before and was just amazing. I had been struggling for years with a persistent verruca. Unsure whether it was healing or not I reached out to Dianne for guidance. After first finding her Instagram account, blog and then YouTube channel, I decided to discuss my issues with Dianne, as she appeared an approachable and friendly lady. It was the blog posts you’d written about verrucas which made me confident that you were the lady who could help me. Thank you for treating me. Your posts and videos are very helpful and reassuring.

After suffering form weeks of heel pain to a point where i was struggling to even load bare onto my foot, even resulting in pain after walking no more than 100m i decided that i needed to do something about it. I was speaking to a colleague over linkedIn who recommended Dianne who has a colleague of his on that particular platform. After messaging Dianne and telling her of my symptoms and how i had found her, Dianne did not hesitate on getting down to business. Sending all the relative paperwork and asking all the right questions using various media platforms , i immediately felt at ease and confident that i was in the right hands. I filled in all the paperwork and Dianne kept in constant dialogue with me right up to the point of having various other appointments with different professionals (due to an existing thigh and hip problem). My heel is now starting to feel so much better because of the attention to detail, knowledge and the trust that i have built with Dianne over the last few months. I contacted Lane Ends Podiatry in April this year about the removal of hard skin on my feet after years of wearing high heels. Dianne was fantastic at explaining the procedure and the aftercare treatment too. She’s so friendly and helpful too and is always willing to answer questions!! She’s very knowledgeable too. I booked a second treatment of removal today and my feet are now like baby feet again. They are so soft and feel absolutely amazing! No more painful pads of hard skin or me trying to hide my feet. I had two verrucas on the ball of my foot, one for about 12 years the other for 2. No others methods were working so after a video call with Diane I opted for Swift. It’s worked! After three sessions we had a follow up appointment and the verrucas are completely treated. No more pain or unsightly marks on my foot. I’m so happy and would recommend it to anyone. Dianne is such an amazing woman! Doesn’t shy away from a problem and is always willing to help and comfort you to make you feel good about whatever your problem may be.
