Went to the Watford store today. Kristin was so helpful and thorough, explained exactly how insoles could help. She spent a lot of time going through different ideas and options. Really good customer service.

I went to the Watford branch today for insoles because I've been experiencing really uncomfortable arch pain from plantar fasciitis, and I'm so happy that I did! The sales assistant was really lovely and helpful (I think her name was Laila??). She explained every part of the foot scan and insole-making process, and waited for me to test my insoles and special socks to make sure they felt comfortable. I'm really pleased with my new insoles!

Customer service needs to improve. My foot scan and innersole fitting worth £60 was rushed by a flustered staff member who turned my fitting into a demo for another customer without my consent! It was very unprofessional and awkward - I left the shop without buying the innersoles which was a shame. By the time a another staff member came, it was too late. It was shocking to see just one member of staff managing the shop floor, till, appointments, shoe size/fitting queries and every other customer who entered the shop whilst carrying out my personal foot scan!

We went there a Thursday morning so wasn't to busy , serve very quickly and professionaly . Quick foot test and in 20min I had my new insoles. It cost just under 60£ which is cheaper then other places.

I have been taking my elderly father to this shop for years as he has problems with his feet and they always provide a good, professional service. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The shoes are good too, and I often end up buying a pair while I'm waiting for him!! They are always good quality and stylish. I have bought boots, fit flops, sandals and slippers. I would definitely recommend this shop.

I only buy their shoes during their Sale because that is the only time I can afford it. Their shoes are very comfortable and fits me perfectly without feeling tight. Their style is not as modern as shoes found in other shoe shop but they suit some people.

Fantastic service, friendly staff happy to help. I went to this store previously and was very disappointed however it has been incredibly turned around, highly recommended! I will be stopping by again shortly.
