N. C.Paul was fantastic. From the initial start of the phone call right through to sorting my ingrowing toenail. With very short notice and rather than for Paul to go home at the end of the day an appointment was made straight away.
From hindsight afterwards, It was quite bad with having not gone to sort my toe earlier than I should have. However I cannot praise Paul enough for his professional help, he knew exactly what he was doing and done the necessary job required to sort my toe.

S. C.We came across Revive footcare after my son could wait no longer to have his badly infected ingrown toenail removed on the NHS. Mark and Paul were extremely kind and empathetic from the outset to my son, who has ASD and an extreme fear of needles. On the day of the nail removal they were both very patient and gave my son the time and reassurance he needed and the nail was removed successfully. Follow up checks were carried out at times to suit us and my son was so relieved to no longer be in pain. Ironically his toe nail on the other foot became ingrown so we had to repeat the process! Once again the procedure and service we received was exemplary.
My son can now wear proper shoes for the first time in months and walk about pain free. Thank you both!!

They only removed a partial amount of the nail (much to the relief of my teenage daughter!) and their care for her (and me!) was excellent. They were very friendly, professional and clearly wanted the best outcome for my daughter. Would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future.
