I went to So Podiatry as I had tried virtually everything else including over the counter treatment for my Verruca’s, I’m now nearly clear after three treatments from the Swift option and so happy I have no more pain with an expectation that all will be gone by the end of the year. From start to finish Steph was brilliant and explained all the options to me, very professional in all the appointments I had. I would recommend this business to anyone with feet issues, I’m so impressed I will be having my pedicure here moving forward.

I saw Stephanie last year as my big toe started to numb, and my foot was very painful. I was worried that it was a symptom of something serious. Stephanie was able to quickly diagnose my problem and reassure me. She was able to provide excellent treatment to relieve the pain. I went for 3D-printed insoles. After a few months, my foot pain was gone. Furthermore, the insoles stopped my knee and back pain. Twelve months on, my toe is no longer numb, and my range of movement has significantly improved. Stephanie was professional and very easy to talk to. As a health care practitioner myself, I cannot recommend S0 podiatry enough.

Having had previous experiences of footcare, I went to Stephanie because of a painful heel. Amazingly she didn't run screaming when she saw my feet, and instead, she spent time explaining what was happening with my feet and ways that we could work to make it less painful. I left with a bounce in my step - armed with knowledge that I didn't have before... and a renewed hope that I wouldn't need to be in pain when I walked forever. 8 weeks on from my first visit and now I'm walking without pain for the first time in years - and I've even got a list of shoe manufacturers who make shoes that fit my particular feet better. Overall - it's a wonderful service, I'm delighted to have found Stephanie and her wonderful foot knowledge..

I have just been on my first visit and my feet feel wonderful. I have very sensitive feet and wasn’t looking forward to the treatment. Jodi was exceptionally gentle and understanding and if I am honest I didn’t feel any discomfort. My feet feel so much better and I will continue to visit to ensure that they stay in good condition.

Liz has been fantastic. She took a look at my little toe inside sores which I have suffered for years and said we can sort this, big smile on my face.She treated them and then explained what i needed to do in treating them myself for the next 4 weeks. 4 weeks later follow up visit my sores have gone but will keep up the treatment. My feet have never felt so good. Don't suffer in silence I should have gone years ago. Throughly recommend and very personable.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at SO podiatry with Jade. I have suffered on and off for years with a very painful ingrown toenail and nothing seems to relieve it. Jade was so helpful and dealt with my nerves around anaesthetic in such a kind, understanding way and made the whole process so easy and comfortable. I schedule a Zoom meeting with Podiatrist/Director Stephanie Owen. I was experiencing inconsistent night foot pain that interfered with my sleep. Over Zoom (!) Stephanie was able to analyze my walking pattern, explain the structure of my feet and review my shoe choices. I was given helpful and understandable "cause and effect" solutions. I went to see Elizabeth due to discomfort in the balls of my feet when walking. Elizabeth took one look at my feet and had the answer. She explained what the problem was and the biomechanics behind why it had developed. Half an hour after walking in I had a diagnosis, treatment and no more sore feet. Elizabeth also explained how to look after my own feet to prevent the problem coming back. 3 months later I've just been in for a check up, no recurrence of the initial problem and one very happy pair of feet!

I made an initial appointment with SO podiatry on the recommendation of a friend. I had 3 verrucae that just would not go. I had tried everything off the shelf and was now down to using gaffer tape! The treatment I opted for was not the most comfortable to deal with especially on the feet, but it worked. I forget how many treatments I had but after six months my feet had returned to normal and no more verrucae! If you have foot problems I would recommend SO Podiatry.

Brilliant service experienced when I visited the Worcester clinic. I went with a foot complaint and after a consultation with Steph I followed her advice on a course of treatment. She suggested trying corrective insoles for a month before treatment to get the best results for the long term. Wow.! I'm glad I followed her advice as no further action was required after follow up appointment. Booking an appointment was so simple and wished I'd contacted the clinic sooner. Can't recommend Stephanie and her practice enough! I started Swift Microwave therapy in January for a large number of stubborn verrucas that had resisted all forms of at home/over the counter treatment for the last 20+ years. We went ahead with 3 separate treatment sessions which occurred once a month - these were painful but it doesn't last long and the pain subsides instantly and you can get on with your day no problem afterwards. I'm very pleased to say that 3 months after my last session, I am free of verrucas for the first time I can remember. Stephanie has been so friendly and knowledgeable throughout this whole thing - don't hesitate to book in if you need your feet sorting out like I did!

I have had problems with a ingrown toenail for years. Went to SO Podiatry to get the edges of the nail surgery to permanently fix this. Stephanie got me booked in very quickly initially and did the surgery. The service afterward was exceptional being given a number I could contact at anytime and being quickly booked in for any problems at no extra cost. Thanks again :)

The treatment i received from Steph at SO Podiatry worked exceptionally well, ive never had a verruca before in my 57 years of life and could not believe the pain it caused me, i booked a course of Swift treatment consisting of 3 appointments, after 2 appointments the verruca had dissapeared almost completely and there was no need to have the 3rd appointment, although the treatments are painful they are nowhere near as painful as the verruca was and 100% worthwhile and effective. I can now play football again and resume my running hobbies. Thank you so much.

Steph is very professional and knows her stuff! She helped get rid of my massive veruca that I had for 6+ years with the swift microwave technology. It was painful as it heated the skin but Steph helped me through the pain. It may have been painful but it was 100% worth it as after 6/7 months it had gone. Thank you to Stephanie for my wonderful treatment yesterday. From the arrival to the end all covid safe with entrance and leaving different doors. Stephanie provides a very friendly and professional service and I would highly recommend her. I recently contracted a verrucca and as it was particularly painful, thought I would try the relatively new 'Swift' treatment and booked in with Stephanie. Stephanie explained the treatment very clearly to me and so I expected this to take 3 treatment sessions. After the first session most of the pain had gone within 24 hours. After a second session the verrucca had completely cleared up and I was absolutely delighted with the result - thank you!

For over ten years I had lived with a verruca on my heel. I had tried all the usual over the counter medications and even used a local chiropodist all to no avail. In fact each year it seemed to get bigger and bigger. I was searching the internet for a solution and came across SO Podiatry which claimed to have a new procedure called Swift involving a laser. I made an appointement with the delightful Stephanie and she agreed it might take some shifting as I had had it so long, however after three treatments and 6 months later I can hardly believe the whole thing has vanished. There is no evidence it was ever there. Just a big thank you to Stephanie .Some things really do work !

Just the best experience at this podiatrist based in Worcester. Easy to park close by and simple to find. Stephanie identified the problem immediately (I had thought it was the return of a previous condition). She was able to reduce the pain almost immediately and gave me a solution plus some exercises. Having limped in to the practice, a day later pain had reduced massively. 3 weeks later and I’m pretty much fixed. Stephanie is knowledgeable, professional, caring and puts you at ease immediately. Would strongly recommend if you need a Podiatrist in Worcester.

Steph was absolutely amazing in assessing my stance, posture, walking gait and running gait and then arranging for my custom orthotic insoles to be made by the leading UK supplier. She was informative, knowledgable and communicative throughout, and I felt that the service was excellent value for money. I've had the orthotics for around a week now. They are amazingly comfortable and it's taken no time at all to get used to wearing them. I cannot wait to get out running using them, and the advice that came with them is that I'm now just about ready to use them for exercise.

£120 for one appointment! Black pear physio recommended Stephanie after my daughter hurt her hip. I assumed it would be similar price to physio but it was more than 3 times as much! I didn't get chance to agree to some cut up foam insoles which she us then charged us £50 for! And she didn't have a tape measure to measure the longer length of my daughter one leg and then still trying to charge us more for another appointment
