K. L.Very helpful couldn't be nicer, and great opening hours for the post office
S. K.I've been to this Post Office several times and this one lady, (who seems like a female co-owner of the shop serving at the front of the store) has saved me many times!! I have no words for this beautiful lady, no-one helps in life like she does for customers. 1st time there was a massive line going out the door in COVID-19, she came out from the front of the shop as she saw it was busy to come help the Post Office staff and served us quickly but efficiently, with a smile.
Then 2nd time Post Office was just closing, and she came like an angel and asked me politely if I was ok and what I needed. As always, she smiled again and said she would help me. Just amazing lady, rare to see people go above and beyond, but she does! And I am always grateful to her. 10* customer service!
She even goes through the best delivery charge for you and tries to help with best price for your package from the options.
I drive far to this post office and I've never had service like it, I would go back just to see her, and thank her every time and make her day like she made mine on several occasions.
Also it goes to show when you smile back, polite, kind to people, grateful and go out your way to thank people, they do their best to help you.
Thank you wonderful lady in this London Road shop, you go above and beyond for customers, we need more people like you. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your help X See you soon!
