I used Marston's Post Office whilst the one is Cranfield is moving to a new location and I received excellent customer service. All the staff serving the queue of people were all ever so friendly and polite to their customers. Good old fashioned service at its best.

Use the post office regularly, friendly staff who are always accommodating. Bit of a more relaxed atmosphere compared to other post offices as well! Never experienced them being nosey about what I post as suggested by the other review, they do however ask what's inside the parcel for purposes of safety which is fair enough really!

Have never left a review for a post office before (I don't think)! But I just wanted to say a special thank you to Bill and his wife! 10/10 customer service! Keep it up!

Have used this post office most days for a couple of years, the service there is second to none, the staff are helpful and friendly at all times. They go out of their way to assist people and always have a smile or a nice word to say, the moaning minnies should leave them alone,they should think themselves lucky they have the luxury of a post office in the village, so many of them are closing now due to the Post Offices' ruthless cutbacks. When they ask what is in a package they are just doing their job!!

let's hope ROYAL MAIL. DO SPECIAL EDITION STAMPS IN HIS HONOUR....... COLONEL TOM . 100 years old (30-04-20) when he started walking around his garden to raise £100 for the N H S BUT HIS TOTAL WAS FAR MORE THAN HE HAD THOUGHT IT WAS MORE THAN 39 MILLION POUNDS .....we are all behind you .. OK, it's a Post Office, it's not very exciting but it does what a Post office does very well. Perfect service from Bill and Rani, always friendly, polite and efficient.
