Pop to the post office to return some parcels and end up giving Dee the wrong parcels with the wrong details as soon as I realised I went back down to the shop to get the problem resolved and Dee went far and beyond to sort the issue out for me would highly recommend the post office had excellent service and felt like she really cared to fix the problem for me. Thankyoh ever so much.

I know I don't use the post office as much as I should but when I do visit it they are always helpful, in fact they go that extra mile for me, nothing is a problem, always know the answers to my questions, we should consider ourselves lucky to have a post office in Wootton with so many being closed down - I know we are in a digital and internet age and most things can be done online (like this review) but sometimes its good to not be connected to our phones or computers and go to the post office and see what they can do for you - even if its just to tax your car.... the post office still do that ! - Please keep up the good work and I look forward to visiting you again soon

I use this Post Office regularly as I am an Ebay seller. I always find the staff (Dee and Karen) friendly and helpful and able to advise me of all the latest changes to Royal Mail rates or services. I use this Post Office in preference to my local one as the service is much better.
