a. g.I went here yesterday along with my family to collect my BRP card. There's enough seating place for kids and elderly. Lots of stationary items, cards scissors, tape etc available. Staff is polite and got my work done within 5 mins as it wasn't much crowded. Only wish there was a washroom in there as my toddler had to go in emergency, but the staff was kind enough to guide us to a cafe, where we could use the loo.
K. f.I went in here today with a friend as she needed to get a postal order. My goodness 😳 so fancy compared to what it used to be. When you walk 🚶♂️ in you have to take a ticket 🎟 then you have a seat 💺 then they call your number 😉 and you proceed to the counter. Just a word of warning ⚠️ and this is why I'm only giving it 4 stars 🌟. My friend doesn't carry cash or cards ab nd pays everything from her phone but they dont accept that so I had cash with me and was able to lend her what she needed.

Also offers banking services like cash chanes and currency conversion. People can collect bietric resident permists from this post office. DVA provisional forms also available here.
S. M.Amazing visit to apply to renew my passport. Staff very welcoming and helpful. I needed to get fresh photographs taken (mine were the wrong size) I was sent to Snappy Snaps just across the street, which was also ultra friendly, efficient and inexpensive. When I got back to the Post Office I was taken immediately and had some of the best craic whilst finishing off the process. Whole process took way less than an hour and was great fun.
R.There was barely anyone there. It's great if you need to post parcels. They've got boxes and the flimsy bags to put your property into to then post.
They have a money exchange.
They have a birthday, anniversary, new home, cards section.
M. A.I've just been to renew my passport using the digital process at the post office. It was the easiest most efficient process to do. This was helped by the friendly, happy and helpful staff on duty and I would recommend this service and branch to the public everywhere. Many thanks
A. E.It's busy most of the times even for parcel drop off, but it is not unexpected since it is located at the heart of the city. However, the staff are amicable, and they are always ready to help. You can have a smooth service after all.
B. C.Recently I visited in order to post some items home to New Zealand. I just wanted say thank you to the staff members who were so kind and patient helping me out. Also to note my parcels arrived much quicker than expected and all in one piece!
D. R.I arrived at this post office with a letter to send by recorded delivery. I had my 7 yo autistic son with me and the pa system frightened him and he was upset. The lady dealing with my letter fully understood and hurried to complete the transaction to enable me to leave with him outside and sympathised. Very professional and understanding lady. Thank you
N. F.Always busy, but I don't mind the wait in order to get my item sent safely to its destination. Staff are always helpful and friendly. There are also self service machines at this location, have used them a few times for smaller items but for larger more expensive items I prefer to have human contact.
