Reviews of Church Road Post Office
10/10. I use this post office regularly, and they have always provided me with a great service. Very knowledgable, polite, and helpful staff. Keep it up guys
10/10 service. Knowledgable and helpful staff. I highly reccommend usign this post office. Miles ahead of other local post offices with respect to customer service .
Brilliant service as always. Compared to their counterparts in other post offices (see my review for Springfield Post office) these guys at Ladypool / church road post office are just fantastic.
I will be permanently moving my business and custom here.
Thank you as always
Staff were super friendly. Asked for some printed labels to be printed out and lovely staff member had to adjust the printout to fit to scale and she attempted twice and successfully helped. It was above and beyond service provided. Also whilst waiting observed friendly chit chat with other customers and store was well stocked and well presented. Wish it was my local.
I have used this Post Office branch for a few years now and have been using it now a lot more since Covid. The cashiers are always polite and try their very best despite some of the rude customers they get. I had an old £20 note I wanted to change for a new one. The younger asian guy who was serving me said he couldn't do it as it is classed as money laundering but, suggested that I could deposit the old note into my account and withdraw £20. I thought it was a little strange as its my money anyway but, at the of the day he works there and he knows the procedure plus I didnt want to go all the way to my bank in Kings Heath. I walked out still a little puzzled and so, I called Post Office general enquiries myself. The telephone operator Michael confirmed that the Church Rd cashier was right and that I couldn't change note for note.
Very helpful man at counter. Instructed me well as to what to do in relation to sending letters to Pakistan. Many thanks.
