B.I have used the post office a few times .I was very impressed with the service l noticed from a member of staff the way he greeted & served his customers. l was a little slow at copying the address on my envelope l was posting, the young person had a lot of patience telling me to not to worry and take my time even though it was just past closing time. It makes a big difference not being rush he is a credit to your team, l am sorry to not remember his name
A. M.Always had good service here. The only problem is the long queues (just like the old KH branch), but if you happen to go at a time when it’s not busy then it’s perfectly fine-very few people. Recently I went in the last half hour and there was one other person in the queue.
s. a.Very good post office. If you did not go into WH Smith's you would not know there was a post office in there. It is very small and at the back of the shop. Staff was friendly and good.
T. M.Helpful staff, different types of envelopes and boxes available to buy. It can be tricky to find it - it's inside WHSmith store on the back on your right.
