This is my local post office. I have a lot of parcels delivered here by Royal Mail. Always a 1st class service from the lovely ladies that work here and always with a smile. Harmeet has got used to me turning up on a regular basis. It's nice that they all take the time to get to know who you are. Keep up the good work everyone 👏 👍

This post office is the best!! They are so efficient, helpful, friendly, experienced and help with anything they can. Their gifts are also very well made, great value and unique. So many things in one place with superb service. They really care about their customers.

What a fantastic Post Office. The staff were so helpful and chatty, full of humour. Great shop too, full of lovely gifts all at sensible prices. Has all the amenities you could need in one place. Passport, driving licence everything... Handbags !!! Wont use Sutton again !!!

OMG went to this post office for the first time, my local one is not far from there. Outstanding service went to renew my passport by paper application, however the lady in the post office who I thought was the owner looked at my paper application which was filled incorrectly, so she was very helpful and took me in to a digital booth, within five minutes my application was done, I was so pleased highly recommend this post office, five star service 👍

Fantastic service with friendly and welcoming staff. A certain staff member in particular went above and beyond in helping me with a parcel that I was struggling to wrap and fit into its container, without hesitation ‘Harmeet’ (lovely lady) saw me struggling and then wrapped, sealed and perfectly packaged my parcel within a minute! Very efficient and engaging. Always a good experience when sending from this location :)

Amazing post office! Just down the road from my office, was really surprised on just how lovely the inside was, very neat clean and fresh, loads of lovely gifts and cards available. I went in to renew my license and both members of staff were super helpful with renewing in the booth, the lady who’s name begins with S (apologies I can’t remember!) was really kind and helpful. I will definitely be returning to post and mooch!

I have used this post office many many times and I have always had excellent service, the staff are always polite, professional and friendly they go out of their way to help. The card and gift shop area are well stocked with lovely cards and some very nice gifts that I have bought to go along with cards I have purchased, the staff in the post office area are very helpful too, they give advice on the best and cheapest postal service for your needs, the shop is bright, clean and welcoming. I chose to go to Kingstanding post office this morning, rather than visit a closer one in the town centre, as they offer the driving licence renewal facility there. I am so glad I did. The staff were lovely and really friendly. The service was quick and efficient but still very personal. I will definitely return very soon to renew passports. It is easy to park as there are free parking spaces outside the post office. Thank you.
