I use this post office multiple times every week . It's a friendly family run business, that's very convenient as its always open (late night & weekends) and the parking is easy outside. Madhabi in particular is always very helpful, knowledgable & efficient when serving.

this is a fabulous little post office i use regularly to post parcels always friendly polite and helpful cant do enough, always very busy, sometimes there is a queue but not a problem they also offer many other services i would highly recommend used yesterday to but the fab christmas vouchers for all the family very pleasant lady thank you very much marie

I've personally found this place very hospitable and friendly, if a little cramped at times but that's not a problem considering the good service (also let's be honest, every inner-city Post Office is cramped so that's a silly qualm to have)

Great post office owner very Friendly and very helpfull.They issue International driving Licenses not many post offices in the uk do this service if we leave the EU were all going to need a International Licence this is the post office to get it and anything else post office related.l give it 5 star from the Exelent sercice l receive.

Pretty good post office, friendly and the kind of place that takes the time to help. I wish there were more like this one because I have to drive there, and there seems to be fewer and fewer post offices every year! Don't let this one disappear as well from lack of use!

Maypole post office is the most good serviced office in Birmingham, a young lad who is a funny and nice person makes people feel welcome and puts a smile on there faces, i used too go too kingsheath office now I always go too the one in maypole too post my parcels 🙂

Post office counter is awkward to get to because of owners stock all over the floor for his shop.p This shop is very expensive for their goods they sell.
