One of my favourite post offices in Birmingham. I have used several and always find staff here are friendly and helpful. I have sometimes drove here especially just to ensure my post gets done correctly and for the great service. I appreciate everyone's efforts and currently have been using drop and go due to the pandemic so miss talking to everyone but glad you're always open and keep my business going. Thanks so much 😊

Great bunch of people in this post office. Every time I visited they have gone above and beyond. I don’t understand the other negative reviews they must be going to a different post office?? I’ve been going to this particular post office for years and I’ve quite literally never had an issue! Many thanks for the years of good service

Service really depends on who you happen to speak to and how they feel on that day. Sometimes it's absolutely fine; other times the staff seem to find issues where no other post office does (eg. questioning the validity of postage stamps that everyone other post office I've used has always accepted without issue). I generally try to go to Kings Heath post office instead if I have the option.

I was served today by a young lady who was so helpful that I felt I must compliment the owner of the shop in his choice of post office assistants. She was helpful, knowledgeable, professional but friendly and it was a pleasure to go to this post office, so different from so many places that serve the public. I would certainly go out of my way to use that post office again. It is a pleasure to have such good customer service.

The guy was very pushy and kept over charging me and asked it I wanted to put a track on my post. If my post get lost it’s your fault why should I pay to cover you mistakes?
