This post office has to be one of the best ever. All of the staff are so welcoming and helpful and I only wish that there were more like them. Aubrey has helped me out so many times in connection with packages that have been mailed and other staff have also been very helpful. Well done to all of you.

I recently went into Northfield Post Office to renew my Passport. I was told to wait for Andrew who would digitally arrange this for me, which he did. I had great service from Andrew, he was polite and explained everything to me, my Passport is now being processed, so thank you very much Andrew for your help and kindness.

Excellent service and nothing is too much trouble. We have always found the staff helpful professional and efficient, but during lockdown they have been exceptional. They calmly get on with the job in hand, acting safely but are also incredibly kind, especially to vulnerable and elderly customers. It is a community post office with decent values and should be recognised as such. I won’t use any other Post Office and thank the staff for their hard work, not only at this time but also before the pandemic. Well done!

Great when it's not busy and I personally have never had a problem with the customer service. But during peak times when it does get busy, there's never any more than 2 stations open so you have to wait in a long queue for quite some time before getting served. I usually avoid going there at peak times nowadays for that reason. Overall, it's a great Post Office with lovely staff.

Awfully quiet during this lockdown. 2 cashiers serving. Went in after 4pm today and I was the only customer. Service was quick and I was out in less than a minute.

Your success here depends on what staff member serves you today I first went up to a older Indian looking man who was not at all interested in awnsering my question let alone let me finish asking it. When I went back I was lucky enouth to be served by a the shorter member of staff there who was incredibly helpful and helped me finish off and send my D1 form.

Opening hours are poor - it's impossible for people that work to collect their parcels. Other parcel pick ups are open later on a Thursday which is great. You have to wait until Saturday to collect a parcel - it's a pain.
