Q. s.I had collection here and lady on counter was really helpful in the process and made her priority to help me eventhough she didn't need to. She acted swiftly and processed my collection.
S. K.Oh God, very friendly staff, very understanding and helpful. I visited this post office yesterday afternoon in a state of panic, it was almost closing time, the lady in the shop and the two post office staff waited until i finished filling in my form. The lady in the post office shop gave me a chair and i sat down for a while until i felt better. Such people are hard to find, i just want to say thank you to these three people.

I agree with the other comments that the lady on main kiosk desk is often on her phone (which does not bother me personally but I can see why it seems rude to others and is frustrating to ask for something while she is talking as she isn’t paying 100% attention to her customers). Post office staff were ok too, she actually was trying to make a call but put it down to serve me which was good but didnt really wait until I left before she took it back out again! Overall it serves its purpose, it’s not great or particularly bad but I can post my packages, get my buspass, and a bag of crisp - thats cool too 👍🏼 Service overall could definitely be improved but doubt anyone will even read this!
