S. M.Friendly and helpful post office staff. This branch is based inside a little, tightly-packed but handy convenience store whose staff are also always pleasant to deal with. There are lots of post related products to to help you send parcels and letters such as, envelopes, gift wrapping, bags, boxes and (of course) stamps.
E. J.VERY impressed with the organisation the queuing system due to covid19 whilst still providing excellent customer service. We went to another Post Office and walked straight back out as it was a shambles! Then we came across this store which I will now always use as the friendly staff still have time for your queries. They even have a speaker outside to call the next person into the shop - keep up the fantastic work, stay safe and well done!!!
J. P.Have been to this post office/ shop loads of times over the years and have ALWAYS had a warm welcome and the staff are very helpful. Brin the boss ( I think ) is brilliant and always has time for his customers. Always remembers his customers name etc. Good old fashioned post office and shop.

M. A.I go to this place regularly and have traded on Ebay using this post office
to send parcels regularly. Not once have I experienced a single jot of
negativity!. Not once. I cannot think of somewhere else that has been both
as friendly or as professional. Excellent Post Office. I would recommend it
to anyone who isn't overly sensitive to life's 'minutia' of unimportant out of
context & perspective irrelevances. Sorry 'Ben' but it's easy to pass through
somewhere and judge it horrifically when you are super sensitive or
extremely judgemental. I've dealt with these guys a hundred times or more.
I don't know them but appreciate their professionalism and warm approach
every time. And for that they get negative publicity?... Keep going guys.

E. H.I don't know why Ben Rush did not read the Post Office website properly. It says: "check which Post Office branch near you issues International Driving Permits."
So if the Bradpole Road branch does not issue IDPs, what did he or she expect?
As for the staff being condescending, maybe Ben Rush deserved the treatment. We are only getting one side of what may or may not have happened.

S. B.Friendly staff, clear signposting on when you can enter (taking into account current covid situation) different areas to wait if you are going for the shop or post office so hopefully no one gets antsy whilst queuing
C.Love the staff in here, always so polite and helpful, especially the older gentleman who I think may be the manager (?). He's always got the time of day for you, and always has a smile on his face. They try and get everyone seen to swiftly.
a. b.A good local convenience store with a post office at the back. Pleasant inside and newly refurbished. Friendly and helpful staff as well which makes all the difference
