The new team in here are such an welcomed improvement! Why on earth would I write a review for a post office? Simply because it was a breath of fresh air to have good service, friendly staff and not get stressed about sending a parcel. Keep up the good work team, you're small actions have really made my day!

After reading the comments here I feel like I need to leave a review. All staff there have always been friendly with me and I have never had any issues, despite the fact I'm clueless about using the post office as it's a once or twice a year thing for me. Your post getting lost by Royal Mail has nothing to do with the post office, it is two seperate buisinesses (for about 8 years or more now). And I find if your polite to people they are usually polite back and have only ever had positive interactions with all staff here.

Fast - never had any issues, typically quiet when I go in staff seems very experienced/knowledgeable and it's just a swift matter of putting package on scales, handing through the window & paying postage/taking receipt.

Very patient and helpful staff. Which is a big deal in a busy post office. I wrapped my parcel in the corner then paid for the stuff I'd used. Which was handy.

Great local post office. I messed up with a parcel and Faiqa and Hazel did everything they could to help me sort it out. It was very much appreciated.
