J. B.Ignore the bad reviews! Staff are friendly enough and are doing their job seemingly as efficiently as they can. I've read the bad rating and its pretty obvious why they had a bad experience. Leaving your Christmas presents to be delivered so close to Christmas day and not being able to pick up your item is you're own fault. (Also have you considered the reason they decide to close early on holidays is because they are normal people with families to see). And turning up 5 minutes before the closing time and wondering why they're closing is the most baffling excuse for a 1 star review I've ever seen. JUST TURN UP ON TIME AND BE ORGANISED.
