The service is swift and never had any problem. A little bit smile on face can make big difference. But I can see this is reduced to zero in almost all places these days.

This is hands down, the best Post Office in all Cardiff. The staff are super helpful and super friendly. I've never been on first names terms with a Post Office manager before! But in this one I am! Mel, Kripal and Wayne are great :)

So glad this post office was recommend to me. Went to Penarth Road main post office and they were so unhelpful there, which is how I ended up here. Went here and the gentleman was lovely, offered me a drink for free whilst I waited due to the amount I needed to post and was very helpful.

Staff that work here are lovely and always helpful. But today I got here at 8:30am as it says on Google that this is the time it opened. I waited outside for 20mins waiting for it to open. I think they need to update the times on Google to reflect the actual time of opening.
