M. B.Had my passport renewal done here digitally today. The ladies in this Post Office are all efficient and customer oriented. I had dealings with Britt and Karen in-store and Claire via email. I was very impressed by how well I was looked after. I have a disability and am unable to stand for more than a few minutes I was offered an appointment, a named staff member and a seat throughout. Despite technical issues prolonging the process I was kept informed and comfortable throughout

A. G.I'd just like to issue an extra-special thank-you to your wonderful Post Office Counter staff. In the last few weeks I've been running an extensive clear-out of old clothes and junk via eBay, and have been bringing bags and bags of postage most lunch times.
Both Britt and Karen (really hoping I got these names right!) have been tremendous and full of useful advice regarding this. It's been a pleasure to visit Penny Black so frequently.
Compared to my experience of my local town Post Office (Bellshill) you are absolutely streets ahead in service and attitude.

Great big post office without the clutter of a grocery store, it's got everything you need to send any items.But the biggest attraction to me was the smell of history and old wood and looks if straight out of the early 1900s.It has some very rare photo of Albert Einstein in Charing Cross.well worth visiting.
