H.Always receive the best customer service from Kay, she knows what she’s talking about and always helps me with the full process, I also go with my gran every week and Kay makes her feel so welcome, and takes care of her and all her finances, she explains everything she is doing and provides my gran with the receipts. Such a friendly, caring and trustworthy staff member. 10/10

Very professional and on the ball, definitely the place to go if you need advice for anything post, parcel, passport or dvla related. I've heard the staff helping out with advice not even P.O related.
