Location: no hassles locating here just the same block with M&S but on the Glassford street.
Services: the staff are really efficient and welcoming. The queue announcement is such a great innovation.
m.I've used this post office a few times when in the city centre and never had in problems. The staff are pleasant and have never tried to sneak in extra services I don't need. They also stock a lot of stationery and parcels. The post office is also part of a mini-market, which means the space is at a premium. Normally isn't a problem, but it's definitely harder to social distance in this branch compared to other post offices I use.

I needed some travel money, and while it wasn’t in stock at the time, staff were super helpful and arranged this to be in the next day and made sure to call and let me know as soon as it arrived. Would recommend for travel money services in Glasgow.

F. J.Been using the post office round the corner from me since the first lockdown. Staff are helpful, friendly and efficient, sometimes depending when you go there is a bit of a que but it goes down in no time at all. Really handy with the spar being there & the staff are nice on that counter as well. Wouldn't go anywhere else now.
J. M.This Post Office is greatly improved after a complete refurbishment in 2018. Previously the Post Office itself was crammed in the back of a convenience store, now there is far more space. There also seems to be more desks open to serve customers, so the queue moves quicker. The store is open 8am to 6pm (at least Mon-Fri) so it's convenient to drop something off on the way to/from work. Staff are friendly enough too in my experience.
Overall a far better Post Office than before. Good job all round.
