l. l.I use this post office for more than 5 years, at least once a week. They’re always happy to help, doing more than expected.
I use prepaid packages as well as buying from their post office.
When I need more signed for labels or special delivery envelopes, they’ll provide me with more than I ask.
They’re my go to post office, every time. I would have lots of envelops with stamps already on them, but I always need a confirmation of sending, at no cost, and they’re always happy to do that.
I live close by, so it’s very convenient for me to just pop-in, have a chat with the lovely staff, and send whatever I need to send.
110% recommend them!

K. E.Fantastic service! This post office is a pleasure to use. The staff are extremely helpful and very pleasant. The shop itself is welcoming, light, airy and with a very good selection of cards, gift wrap and postal stationery. This is not my nearest post office but is so nice that I would rather travel to use this one than use my nearest. Furthermore the staff give extra information without you having to ask. I was in there yesterday (28.05.22) to send a large parcel and the chap got me the best possible price with really fast delivery. He also explained about the new stamps and how I mustn't take the barcode off. Highly recommended 😀

The owner took me through it step by step on how to top up and use the card while aboard. The staff always take time to minimise costs and ensure parcels are sent using the most reliable service. I always feel I can trust their advice. They take an interest in me as a customer and always ask me later if the package has been received, which is a nice touch.

They are patient with disorganised & rude people and very good with the older generation who need more support. They keep calm when its busy and serve as fast as they can. I travel several times a week and have used other post offices around the country and the Queens Road post office is by the far best I use. Will always use these guys first where possible.
