The manager here is so helpful and kind, after a visit to 3 other post offices today he sorted my transaction first time and in seconds. Marie that works here is also so lovely and always happy to help. Big thank you to all that work in the post office!!!

Absolutely brilliant! Gave accurate, sound advice and nothing was too much trouble, even though we had to make several visits to complete our task. I would highly recommend using their services if you need extra help and support with an awkward transaction!

The were the kindest and most helpful group of people , i asked the told hold my parcel back as i would not be home , not only did they say yes but they went through each and every parcel to look for mine they really did go the extra mile , most defiantly the best post office i have ever encountered, i can not thank these guys and girls enough !!!

I'm writing in praise of the new managers of Kibworth Post Office. Since they have taken over, the post office is now a really pleasant place to be. The shop is neat and tidy and well stocked but more importantly the manager and his wife are lovely : smiley, friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

I cannot fault the new owners of the post office - they have gone out of their way to be helpful - in helping post car keys to Somerset when we locked them in our boot!! And in a panic last minute passport application! We are lucky to have such pleasant staff now Marian coombes

I have to agree with the recent comments. The new owners are so helpful and pleasant. I needed a jiffy bag and advice to post a watch for repair and advice and service excellent. We are so lucky to have this facility in the village whereas other places have not been so fortunate

Please disregard the previous negative posts about 'new owners', they refer to the previous owners and they do not reflect how the post office is ran today. The most recent owners who took over in 2021are polite, helpful, and very knowledgable they have helped me with various postal queries over Christmas, informed me that I can also pay cheques directly into my Barclays Account, great news! I'm looking forward to discovering on future visits what else our local Post Office can offer.

The new management are a huge attribute to this village! I am always greeted with a friendly smile and hello and the customer service is 11/10. I refused to use this post office for years because of the previous management.. the rudeness and lack of customer care was so serious it forced the majority to drive miles away to use a different branch! My advice to anybody that previously had a bad experience is please visit the new management and see the positive changes for yourself because the bad reviews are not a reflection of how the post office is being run now.

I use the Kibworth Post office pretty much every day and they are always really speedy, give me plenty of options over what classes we can post with them, and honest about when the postman/woman arrives each day so we know we need to be there by a certain time. Very good. Thank you for your support! Couldn't run my business effectively without you!

I had a parcel delivered when they knew I was out as I had left a message online and a large note asking to leave with my neighbour. they didn't bother reading it, and ended up back at the post office, I couldn't pick it up for a week, when I did, he rudely said, Its been here over a week you know, I didn't bother replying as the shop was full of customers. Update.. since new people have taken over , I honestly cant praise them enough..Thank-you for making my occasional visits an absolute pleasure.
