M. D.We had some pension vouchers that we received from the government and thought we could cash them in at the post office. The post office couldn’t except them but the lady behind the counter was most polite and helpful and suggested places where we could cash them in. We often use this P/O and would highly recommend.

There was a queue with a few OAPs. One gentleman was having issues with his card and pin and the staff member came out to help him at the chip and pin.
It’s so nice to see staff caring for their customers and seeing the people behind the job.

J. S.I don't wholy agree with the comments below. There is sometimes a queue but the staff work hard to reduce this as quick as possible. Good service and friendly. And the food in the bakery is great! Would recommend.

D.On 13/12/17 at around 1.30pm, I passed over a parcel to be sent 1st Class.Once I was home, I realised I had placed the wrong item in the addressed envelope so I returned to the Post Office.Even though it was busy ,the staff member was kind enough to search the parcel bag to retrieve my parcel;this allowed me to place the correct item in the envelope.I use the post office regularly and although it can be quite busy, especially now at Christmas time,I have never had a problem here and have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
