Staff are knowledgeable on all products.
I did a digital passport check and send application and they made it so simple. All documents needed were checked from the post office and because of this I didn't need to send out anymore documents to the passport office (saves alot of time and anxiety).
Passport photo taken from their service too. Really great way to apply for a passport, and to be completely honest id recommend paying the extra for the service. Thank you again 😊!

A. P.Can't fault their service. They've really helped me out now that most of the banks in Syston have closed, with being able to deposit cash and cheques into my account through the Post Office. I've also collected lots of mail from them and never had any issues.
