Using this branch for many years.never had a problem. Staff are very helpful and friendly .especially the gentleman at the front counter always very friendly and goes out of his way to provide brilliant service.

Everytime I have been to this post office, they have always been so helpful and go above and beyond to provide the best service. Today when I went in the brother behind the till helped me when I was struggling to access my email. Great post office and really helpful staff. We use this post office daily for business purposes and use drop & go. Staff always accommodating and ready to give useful advice on postage. Brilliant service

I live and work in this area and this is the best Post office in the area by far. They are always pleasant and helpful - I've never had any experience of them being rude or charging more for postage etc - quite the opposite as in suggesting cheaper alternatives. Not sure why the reviews are so bad! Will definitely continue to use this Post Office.

BGRPO is definitely one of the many post offices here in London. This branch is very easy to reached and very suitable to all the public. Well open and lots of comfortable seats. Staffs are very kind especially the one had a long hair girl; she is really great, quick, and efficient. You can only wait a few minutes to process your transactions. The rest of the staffs are also very friendly, polite, and willing to help to help you. Very easy and fast to mail an international package
